The process to get to your room is long, but the staff are super friendly. Price was right for what was described. We took our shoes off in the room as instructed, but the carpet was pretty dirty looking; a good cleaning of the carpet or a refresh with new carpet would be great. Little kitchen was nice, bathroom and shower room were nice, and the balcony was helpful for drying our clothes (there is a washer dryer combo in the room, but the drying part really doesn’t dry your clothes…You will need to lay your clothes flat in your room or hang them outside to dry). Overall, good experience.

Excellent location. Very clean place with everything you need. Fantastic costumer service and great shuttle to the apartment. Great for families with teens!
