Inside of the wardrobe was dusty, bin was never emptied throughout the stay - given you have breakfast snacks in the room, it would be good for the rubbish to be emptied.

Everything went well! Manager, Enrico, more than helpful. He even found a chiropractor for me.

The room was very clean and looked like it was renovated recently. We had a delayed flight late at night and couldn’t catch the last train/bus. Taxi queue was very long, but the host (Enrico) came to pick us up. I highly recommend this accomodation. Thank you Enrico, for your amazing hospitality!

The host was extremely pleasant, and nothing was too much bother to help. The room was a large. The bed was extremely comfortable. The WiFi was very good. The bathroom was well equipped and a good size. I heard no sounds whatsoever from other rooms, so the soundproofing was excellent. The cleaning was efficiently done. The property is very well located, about 100 metres from the central Piazza Yenne.

I found nothing to dislike.

Very nice stay right off the main square in Cagliari. Francesca is kind and welcoming. Stayed late to check us in after a delay with the flight. Left luggage too. Recommend

The room was amazingly big and everything looked new. There was plenty of espresso pods as we could have espresso first thing in the morning and in the evening. The location is central to many areas of the city and you can walk to amazing restaurants in a few minutes. Oh, and they also had still and fizzy water on tap which was a really nice gesture so we could simply refill our bottles. We loved this place so much!!!

The location is great, close to every place- bus station, city centre, restaurants, shops etc. very kind and helpful staff, flexible to your demands 🙏 I strongly recommend this place

warm welcome, friendly, supportive host, shared the best places in town (to drink, to eat, to see). Beds are super comfortable, room is clean, and everything was 3 minutes walk from the apartman.

we would have needed some cutlery (knife, fork, etc) to make our own breakfast.

Enrico was such a nice host always available when we had a question, he gave us really good recommendations. The room was big enough for two, it was clean, cozy and quiet and like the name says artistic:). It is located at the centre of the city. We felt welcomed and home. Thank you, Enrico!

Great location, a friendly host and a spacious, clean and confortable room

The room had no direct window to the outside.

Location was absolutely exellent. Just in the middle of everything in the center but still the street was very chill and relaxed not noisy at all. Place is also close to train station that was great. You can get free filtered cold water from the place and that makes your life so much easier. We loved our room it was huge and bathroom aswell. The host of the place was very lovely and he has great sense of humor. It was always fun to chat with him.

Apartment is in a very good location- walking distance from main attractions, train station from which you can get quickly to the airport. Room was nice and comfortable with vast bathroom and all that is needed for a few night stay. There is an option of free coffee, tea and water. Enrico- was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He was very flexible with letting us to the apartment before the check-in time and later let us leave the luggage until our flight time. He also helped us a lot giving great travel tips for our future stay in Sardinia that we loved so much.

Fridge in a room was a bit loud especially at night.

Well equiped room - all that you need for a short stay in the city. It was very clean, well maintained. Even though the Guest House is located just in the middle of city it was quite and comfortable. Very helpful and kind owner. Strongly recommeded place!

The staff and space were very comfortable and homey. Great simple layout with nice small touches. So centrally located.

The only downside was that the room faced a very busy street and it was hard for me to sleep despite being a very deep sleeper who is used to loud noises in big cities. If there is an option for a quieter room I would definitely stay here again and specifically request it
