The hotel was amazing. The location was amazing. Close to everything I needed and transportation. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked but so glad I did. I will be coming back to stay here again. Love the laundry capability as well! The rooms were large for Tokyo metro standards. Very pleasantly surprised. Felt safe all the time.

This appears to be a fairly new hotel that is centrally located near the JR station in Kawasaki. Our room was clean, comfortable and attractive and the staff were incredibly helpful and courteous

This is the first time I’ve written a review for any hotel ever. We are a family of 4, since it’s the first time we came to Japan, we arrived later than the check in time, at 12am, yet we were greeted with kindness and warm welcoming. The room is clean, house keeping actually tidies up the place. Everything is connected to the hotel at Kawasaki station, so there’s a mall, family mart, 7-11, great selection of food courts around the hotel which just makes the place so much convenient! You can never go wrong with this choice. We will remember this hotel forever, please keep great work! Dōmo arigatōgozaimasu! Family of 4

Amazing hotel, highly recommend. Room was very comfortable with all the amenities you need. Shower/ bath combination was very nice after a long flight. Very clean. Convenient location next to Kawasaki station but still quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Well located nice and close to Kawasaki station. Right below are many food and coffee options and Lazona mall is next door making Metropolitan an incredibly convenient hotel to stay at. Bonus is the excellent pricing compared to areas in Tokyo.

Our family stayed with n this hotel for 4 nights and we loved it! Very close to Kawasaki station. The hotel is always clean, quiet and a nice ambience. Our room has everything that we need and the hotel renews our supply of amenities everyday. We have breakfast included in our reservation and it was so worth it! The buffet breakfast was always delicious! Last but certainly not the least, ALL the staffs are very accommodating and hospitable - everyone went above and beyond their service in this hotel. Will definitely book our stay here again when we visit Japan in the future!

The staff is incredibly helpful! The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to the train station—only 30 minutes to the center of Tokyo and 20 minutes to Yokohama! It's been a very pleasant stay!

Pros : Perfect location and access. Many shops and restaurants around. Staff are friendly and helpful that they satisfied all our requests. Thank you! Laundry room and microwave brings big convenience. Room was clean, quiet and with reasonable size. Cons: No hooks to hang clothes and towels in bathroom that caused inconvenience. Booked for people but only 2 nightwears and bottled water was supplied each day.

This hotel goes above and beyond! Fantastic location right next to Kawasaki station, with shopping and many restaurants within a short walk. Possible to get to Tokyo central station within 12 mins on the train (platform 2 and 10 to return). We absolutely loved this hotel and can warmly recommend it. The rooms are well sized (not huge, but practical) and ours had a seating area and separate bathroom. With a fridge, kettle and bathtub we were comfortable and able to buy fresh fruit and to bring take out to our room without issue. Special thanks to the hotel staff for providing service way above the expected. I accidentally left our car rental agreement and a bottle of water in the parking cellar, only to be reunited with it in the morning when entering reception. How they knew which hotel we were staying in is beyond me, but showed a level of care you rarely experience elsewhere. Special thanks too, for the wonderful breakfast sandwich and tasty coffee provided in the lobby. Absolutely delicious egg and bacon sandwich, what a way to start the day. Overall an amazing stay here and would warmly recommend. Thank you to the whole team for making our experience such a positive one. Keep up the great work.
