Just not very easy to communicate. Not too easy to arrange to drop off the luggage earlier than the time to check in. Thank you for allowing us to check in early. The gentleman at the front desk, Jason, was really nice and very polite. Good help, really needed it.

No answer to emails & phone calls on how to work cooktop. Photo description is not clear. Day 1 I had cleaner show use of shower & another staff who happened to step out of lift, how to turn on cooktop & where switch for hot water was.
Amazing how small toilet area is when apartment is roomy.
