First visit to a TRU. It was a bit to basic for my friend and I. We will go back to other Hilton brands.

While this is a new hotel and many things are status quo for Hilton this hotel misses on a few points. No ice buckets in room and those provided by the ice machines ( on every other floor) have no lid. The TV does not move or swivel so you have to watch from between the queen beds. The desk chair is so low it is difficult to get up from if you are older than 25! While there is a grab bar in the shower it has no anti slip grip to it and is slippery. Also, without a shelf in the shower there is no place to put your own products. While I applaud the idea of no carpet and the floors look nice - they are filthy! My feet were black after walking around barefoot in the room!! Someone needs to add mopping to the daily cleaning schedule. This is a relatively new hotel and while I would stay here again I am a little disappointed.

Greeted warmly and taken good care of. Our pet even enjoyed his stayed! My kids loved the pool table which is way we stay at Tru a lot as we travel. Love this brand!

The tub was extremely slippery and it was a handicapped room at that which we didn’t request. The shower water volume was too low and too soft for rinsing off. We changed our return trip to a different hotel chain because of this. Otherwise it was a decent place.

I liked the minimalism of the room and its cleanliness. Having a stand alone shower was a big plus along with the liquid soap & shampoo dispensers.

This is a newer, very clean property. Staff was nice and breakfast was good. Unfortunately, there is weird way to get there through a neighborhood. I would stay here again!

House keep didn’t leave towels when i placed dirty ones outside the door. Room smells of mildew. A/C blows very cold even when you up the temperature control. You have to either keep on and be cold or turn it off and be hot. But the staff was outstanding.

This was a quiet and comfortable room for my short stay. Clean and the staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good, and I took it back to my room to enjoy with coffee and some morning Netflix. The only issue I had was returning late (around12 pm) and only had one open parking spot due to construction workers etc taking up serval spots with trucks and trailers (good luck to anyone arriving after me). This property needs to add extra parking for trailers.

I brought my daughter to Memphis for her birthday and picked this hotel because the last time I stayed the staff was friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is good and hot with a variety of things to eat and drink. I highly recommend staying at this property. It is clean, modern, and the staff are exceptional! Anytime I interacted with the staff they had a smile on their face and were so pleasant, professional, and enjoyable to speak with. Hilton has an amazing team at this location. The breakfast has a good variety and was constantly being monitored and taken care of by an employee.

The found all of the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful. The check in process was quick and efficient; however, the $25 incidental fee charged at check in slowed the process down and surprised me since I booked and prepaid for my rooms. Overall, this is a very nice hotel and I would probably stay here again.

Unless you want to pay nearly half your room rate ($50 pet fee), you can surely find another property. I will OT recommend this site to those traveling with their pets. The floors are vinyl plank, and every leg of furniture is metal. It would take a mastiff to damage anything in the room. We've traveled from the southeast to the northwest and back, never paying a pet fee over $20. Ridiculous! Nice room, but no nicer than any $100+ room in an y other hotel - WITH A REASONABLE PET FEE.
