I always stay here when i am in Nashville, which is quite often. I love the rooms. The bar is my favorite and the breakfast is excellent!! This is like my second home

Ease of check-in, good neighborhood, easy to walk to Broadway and in close proximity for a quick Uber trip to and from airport. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Our room was a nice size, very clean, good amenities. Hot shower, good shower pressure, pretty walkable area! However, watch out for the $50 parking charge, PER DAY and how loud downtown can be in your room. Fire truck? Loud motorcycle? You're gonna hear it all.

Took the kids to use the pool for a day. When we got to the pool there was a sign saying heater broken. It was essential a kid cold plunge. They were frozen! The hotel did not want to compensate us in anyway. Very disappointed.

The stay was peaceful. I loved that my late checkout request could be honored. Cost for room was good. PARKING COST IS OUT OF CONTROL

Just a one night stay, but very clean & comfortable. I would book here again.

Staff was beyond friendly.

Hotel was close enough to the bar district to walk. The issue we had was that the shower door didn’t seal properly so every time we showered we would flood the bathroom. When asked about it, the front desk staff said “nothin’ we can do about it”. Very dismissive. When I asked to get several extra towels, he did seem to pay attention but I had to ask 4 more times for that to actually happen. Another staff member ended up getting us some pool towels. We had been there for two days by then. Apparently every room with a shower door like this was an issue. Very very disappointing that the property can’t take the time to fix this problem.

First time in Nashville and we picked this hotel because we are familiar with Hyatt House’s having stayed in many throughout the country. We enjoyed hotel and were able to walk everywhere. A quick 10-15min walk from Broadway, Bridgestone Arena (straight shot down the road), etc. Close enough to enjoy but far enough to not be bothered by noise.

Hotel was very nice. The breakfast included was good. Not an extreme buffet, but more than continental breakfast. The only down side was the water from the shower leaked out and flooded the bathroom floor.

Large rooms with sitting area & kitchens. Very comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was good. Good location walkable to Broadway. Would stay here again. My only concern was it was non- refundable if you had to cancel.

The hotel was amazing. Clean, friendly, great location and accommodating for an early check-in. Will definitely be back!

Our flight was late so we landed on Saturday morning at 6am. The room was paid for Friday. When I try to check in the front desk said there was no rooms available. That check out was at 11am. So basically I had to waite for room to become available and cleaned. I even spoke to a manager and he said that the hotel gave my room away because I never called. I asked for a refund since I did not stay on Friday and because the hotel decided to give my room away to someone else that the hotel received two payments. One from me and one from another customer. The manager continued to say that it was all about the revenue of the hotel . So I ended sleeping in the lounge area with my suite case looking like a homeless person. When I receive my room key and walked into my room , it looked like it was never cleaned. I will never stay at this hotel. The customer service is horrible and no one, including management never even apologized.

I had to change rooms because the first one questionable brown spots on bed and in shower. The second room was better but was dirty too. At that point i was just over it.

Arrived earlier than expected and the girl at the desk was very welcoming and check us in as if there was no issue at all. She was very friendly and courteous and was helpful in guiding my wife and I about Nashville.

The room was pretty clean. The room was very nice and it had plenty of room. The staff was very nice. The issue was that when I checked in they did not have any rooms available. I had to wait almost an hour for a room. I didn't show up until over an hour after check in time. I had to get ready for an event and had to rush due to the room not being ready.

Hotel had a water leak. That they new about when checking us in but decided to waite till 630 the next morning before moving us to another hotel. Was told they would comp our trip but so far I have over $500 pensing on my credit card from new the hotels security deposits and still nothing refunded from Huatt House or hotels.com

The water was not working and we had to be moved to another property and had reservations for 3 nights. We moved late at night from the Hyatt house to the Hyatt Place on the 1st night we arrived. Once we got to the Hyatt Place hotel they check us in, we unpacked and went to bed. In the morning I went to a business meeting and my wife left the room to find something to eat, upon returning her key did not work, she went to the front desk and they said we were checked out. My wife explained that we were from the Hyatt house hotel that had the water shut off and the manager said she did not care and that my wife, not the manager, had to call the Hyatt house to get a new letter from that manager stating so, she was very rude to my wife. So my wife called the manager at Hyatt House, explained we needed a letter from her to give to this manager which she did and the issue was resolved. This was a huge mess and inconvenience to me us which I feel a full or partial refund is called for. They wouldn't even let me get points for my stay!! Extremely disappointed.

We were only able to stay a few hours as the hotel was having water issues. We wish we could have stayed in this clean, modern hotel with a beautiful pool. We are so thankful the hotel helped to find our family a new room at a new hotel and organized transition of payment. The front desk staff was incredibly gracious during a time of increased stress of moving multiple guests in a short amount of time. I hope we can stay here on a return trip to Nashville.

No water was available making it very difficult for my family.

Perfect location, great free breakfast, not as clean as I would have preferred
