From the moment I pulled in, I knew I was in for a special stay. Arriving just after 9:15 PM, I was greeted by Dennis—and even a couple of deer standing nearby—which immediately set the tone for a memorable experience.
True hospitality can be hard to find, but Dennis and Janet made me feel right at home. Between Janet’s delicious snickerdoodle cookies and the genuine warmth of their welcome, it felt more like visiting family than checking into a rental.
I was traveling alone and spent most of my stay working, so having such a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind at the end of the day was greatly appreciated. The hot shower, relaxing bath, and incredibly comfortable bed were exactly what I needed after long workdays.
The farmhouse itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and blends country charm with modern farmhouse style. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to recharge and enjoy the surroundings.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with exceptional hosts. I’m already looking forward to returning with my family—hopefully sooner rather than later. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Everything about this visit was top rate! The B&B was clean, comfortable, (even has a theatre room!) and welcoming. The views from the patio are great in the morning and at night. You can sip your wine around the fire table and watch the sun set over the mountains.
Dennis and Janet are warm and pay attention to every detail to make your stay remarkable!

Dennis and Janet were extremely gracious, the facilities are spotless, and the breakfasts were delicious. They were also very helpful with local information (before and during our stay). This made our time here stress free. The scenery here is amazing both in the morning and at sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire table and the hummingbirds provided endless entertainment. The view from the home of Pikes Peak is just stunning.
This is a wonderful B&B.

This beautiful property is ideal for a couple or small family for a stay in Colorado Springs. The place is incredibly spacious, well maintained, and stocked with all the essentials. It even has a theatre/movie watching room! The yard is accessible and provides beautiful views of the pastoral landscape and Pike's Peak in the distance. There are multiple seating places that can be used outside- at your own private bistro table, just outside the coffee bar area, or at a fire table. The hosts were incredibly friendly, and welcomed us to their property. They showed us how to use everything in the unit which was incredibly helpful. The hosts couldn't have been more hospitable. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the Colorado Springs area.
