Our stay at Akrotiri was just simply delightful in every possible way. First of all the hospitality of Nina and Katrina was so completely heart-centered and genuine. We arrived late to the island so there were no shops or restaurants open at that time. We had been traveling all day and were tired and hungry. A few minutes after we checked into our room they arrived with bread, meat and cheese, and there was juice and water in the refrigerator for us. This was so incredibly generous of them! The room itself was perfect! With all you’d need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Super clean, good beds, plenty of utensils to cook with or to prepare food, and an absolutely gorgeous view! You can walk to various beaches, restaurants, and a small shopping mart. The island is a relaxing dream made all the more special by the hospitality and kindness of Nina and her family. I would definitely return…
