A atenção e gentileza dos funcionários da recepção e limpeza.

Faltou toalhas toalhas de banho e rosto(2), pois eram dois hóspedes. A TV não acessa canais pagos( ex.: YouTube Netflix etc.) Não existe corrimão para idosos em certos banheiros e os sabonetes para o banho são muito pequenos (insuficientes).

Infelizmente nada.

Infelizmente nada: quarto escuro, sem vista nenhuma, não tem opção de cama de casal para quarto triplo, frigobar sem estar abastecido e com apenas 02 copinhos pequenos de água, um dos pés da cama quebrou apesar de terem consertado imediatamente, e por fim o banheiro deixando muito a desejar, com um barulho terrível na descarga, além do vazamento de água do Box para o banheiro.
