The appartement itself was well appointed and very comfortable, but our experience was negatively affected by an incident in the parking area. We were approached by a male individual who we could not identify as either a guest or a member of management. He berated us for how we had parked, speaking in a rude and intimidating manner. Had there been an issue with our parking, a polite explanation would have been appreciated. Instead, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As far as we were concerned we had parked in a designated parking area. I would encourage the host to ensure that any parking concerns are handled professionally and respectfully.

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped room which had a small kitchen area with a nice tea tray set up. The room was however smaller than I had expected with little storage space. The parking was free and available right at the door or the property which was very helpful.

Clear instructions for check-in/entry, nice clean room, great shower, quality bedding/towels, free parking and some lovely little extras too!

Very good, reasonably priced accommodation in Motherwell. Very quiet and yet convenient to town centre. Only problem was neither of the bedside lamps were working, but nothing major as I was only there for one night. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
