A place with beautiful natural scenery that invites you to relax. The hotel itself shows signs of wear and tear and lack of maintenance. Beds with uncomfy mattresses, no refrigerator, no bottled water in the room, no electric kettle; very tiny bathroom with old, worn-out towels. There is no internet signal, or it is impossible to connect. The restaurant stands out for its quality.

It was a good stay price-value. They own a private island including a large park providing great views of the falls with many animals to see. Their welcome gate service is good and safe, as well as the service for the breakfast. The breakfast was great and the lady breakfast attendant was impeccable.
The rooms are good, if a bit outdated, and the hotel is in need of love maintenance-wise.
The only real dissapointment was the cleanliness of the room where we found traces of previous guests in both our rooms. This was shared at check out.
They have a great product in their hands, but should give it the love it deserves.
