El restaurante tiene muy buena comida y la habitación está cómoda.
Habíamos reservado la estancia avisando que llevábamos una mascota (gato) y al llegar nos pusieron un poco de traba ya que nos decían que no les habían avisado. Reservé con 3 semana de anticipación y les dije que pues de cualquier forma había que resolver. Finalmente me dieron la habitación y no tuvimos mayor problema.
La habitación muy bien, sólo que las ventanas no tienen mosquitero y no cuentan con ventiladores, Huichapan es fresco normalmente, pero durante los días de nuestra estancia si se sintió calor durante el día.

Buen servicio y atención
Apesar de ser petfrendly, no te comentan de precios y del dinero que se tiene que dejar en garantía y que tiene que ser en efectivo, no me molesta, simplemente que no se nos aviso y al momento no traía efectivo y eso me causó un conflicto.

comfortable bed, cheap, fast checkin. Quiet room.
Staff could be friendlier, didn't speak English. The toilet and sink were not clean when we came and the railing outside had huge layers of dust on them (that was cleaned the next day). The room gave the impression of "old". Not very central.
