Incredible service, but room details need attention
The reception team here was fantastic—super helpful and went out of their way to assist us.
However, we did have an issue with the room layout: the window on the second door couldn't be shut completely, which wasn't ideal. If that minor maintenance issue gets fixed, it's a solid place to stay thanks to the excellent service.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days together with my mother and my son, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the cleaning service was excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, making it the perfect start to our day. It is also highly kid- friendly, with great amenities that kept the family happy. We would definitely stay here again!
