Aloft Knoxville has set a new standard!!!
The staff gave the best customer service! Facilities and amenities were top tier! Clean, modern and comfortable. Complimemtary coffee and fruit was just what I needed to get my day started. I found my favorite hotel.

I really didn't like the microwave breakfast sandwiches. Maybe give the guests a choice of microwaving their own sandwich. It would be nice to have one microwave for each floor in the ice bend area to make it easier for the senior citizens.

Nice property. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the bar. Disappointed there is no breakfast.
