I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Steamer! The room was exactly as shown in the photo. It was fresh and clean. Hearing the sounds of the ocean all night is an added bonus!
The pub and restaurant downstairs was the perfect place to go for great food and conversation. They even take the time to reserve tables for guests staying in the rooms. The staff were so attentive and involved; you couldn't tell who was the owner/manager and who was hired staff - a good sign of a well-run establishment! Thank you to you all!

Lovely place to stay,lovely balcony with sea views,the two lady's who served breakfast were lovely, friendly, and chatty, it's a very busy place,so unfortunately the rest of the staff didn't have time to chat, we would stay again.

The breakfast ane all day menu was lovely and our room has a nice balcony with sea view. Stuff is very friendly. Definitely will coming back.

We’ve had a fantastic break at The Steamer Inn, been coming to the IOW for 60 years on and off with Parents, children and grandchildren, staying all over the Island, this time it was just myself and Hubby and I could not have booked a more relaxing spot for two adults, the sound of the waves was perfect for getting to sleep and also to wake up to, the balcony looked out over the beach, fabulous food, breakfast was something else, and entertainment, staff were so friendly and helpful, I would say it’s also right in the middle of things if you bring children too!
