The usual things necessary for a "good" stay were in place...clean room and staff assistance. What we did not plan for, perhaps by my own oversight, was that there were 24 steep steps up to the guest rooms. If there is any lower extremity difficulties this hotel is not the place you should book. As far as the amenities the surrounding area had all necessary for a pleasant stay.

Everything was just fine. Ladies on reception could not have been more helpful. Great view over the harbour
Only caution, if you are in the plus three score years and ten category, the stairs up to the rooms are a bit steep.

The staff at costa point were extremely nice and attentive to our needs. I appreciated that they came and cleaned my room every day and provided fresh linen and towels everyday.
