The hotel was simply overwhelmed. Too many guests and unable to cope. When I went to check in a 3:15 pm, I was told rooms were not ready yet and to come back in a half hour. They would not check me in or give a room number. In the next 30 minutes or became clear the hotel as over booked and some people would not get their room. After about an hour I received a room, not the room I booked, but a different room at a slight discount. The room itself was spacious, but the check in process was atrocious. Too bad because the location was great, very convenient for Philly events.

Checked in late in the evening. Room I paid for wasn’t available. Room they gave me didn’t get cleaned. Beds unmade, towels on the floor, TV still on. Elevator broken couldn’t access the door with going through housekeeping elevator door. Just a terrible experience…

I booked a king suite and they gave me a queen double…. But didn’t tell me until I got to my room & called the front desk. The bathroom was not clean there was a used bar of soap in the shower.

Very nice accommodations only downside is side door wouldn't allow you to enter with keycard all week. Had to use the front entrance every time.

I was charged a $250.00 fee because i left a box a pizza and crumb cake in my floor!? The staff is super rude there the manager is just as horrible as the staff! I will never book here again!

Hamptons are good hotels as you would expect from Hilton. However the cleaning staff started pounding and yes I mean pounding on doors at 9:30 to be sure you were awake. I am sure it was on the order of the management and NOT what I have experienced at other Hamptons or Hiltons. Pretty crappy.

I have stated here several times and have always found the service friendly and the hotel to be very comfortable...however they now charges $15 dollars for parking..this hotel is in the suburbs with a giant parking lot...This location has lost me as a customer as there are many other choices in the area that do not feel the need to extort their customers..

Room 431 was missing the dark shade on the bedside window, too bright, no true privacy. Only one handtowel provided, shower\toilet room light did not work. How was that area cleaned? Yet room and property were clean and otherwise well appointed.

I used the app to check in and was assigned my room. I tried to use the digital key but that didn’t work. When I arrived, all I did was go to the front desk and just pick up my room key. As for the area, there are plenty of dining and shopping options available.

Property was clean, which is most important to me. However, I was asked if I had a car and charged $15 for parking. This was NOT in the description when I choose this hotel. The front desk didn't even ask for a discription of my car after taking my money,. I felt sucker punched.

It was homey, comfortable surroundings inside and out. The bed was so comfortable. We especially like the bedding. Covers were warm yet light weight. Would consider returning if we are ever in the area.

We couldn’t check in until 5:30 even though we were there a little after four. The room was clean but there was no bedding for the pull out couch - called and we did receive a blanket & sheet. Only 3 towels and no bath mat. Room was not checked on & when we called they said we had to request it & when we asked for more towels they initially told us we were only allowed 2 - I honestly didn’t care if it was cleaned, I just wanted more towels, at least one more roll of tp, & the holder of the coffee pod was missing. Staff was nice - I just think they may understaffed and that’s a management problem in my opinion, breakfast was good & location is very close to the Philadelphia airport & close to a lot of other towns. It’s over an hour away from Seaside Heights. The location is also tucked in - if you see a Sherwin Williams sign, it’s right there!

No hassle check-in; front desk staff friendly and professional; Rooms clean and love the privacy they offer. Room cleaning is requested through the front desk. Breakfast for me was ok not great. All areas were kept clean.

They have no maintance workers my fridge in my room did not work no one to look at it or replace it was charged for 3 rooms only had 2 wasn’t the best experience at all

Did not have a room ready for us after the check in time. Put us in another room so we could at least get ready for the wedding we were attending, but then we had to switch rooms ourselves. Car battery died and when we asked if someone on staff could pull their car up to help us jump it (we had the cables) - no one would help.

Our stay started off poorly. Check/in time was 3:00. We arrived a few minutes after three after traveling 7 hours. We were short on time as we had a wedding to attend. Unfortunately… our room was not ready. We had to wait in the lobby as they cleaned our room. From there on out everything was good.
