Property was ok - the room was definitely not worth what I paid per night…the bathroom tiles were cracked and mouldy, the shower leaked everywhere after use and overall the room was in a shabby state. Room ammenities were poor. Location is in the centre of town and the staff are friendly.

New and fresh room designs and casual atmosphere made this a relaxing stay overall. I was actually scheduled to stay in Luff Boutique but due to a booking error was transferred to Luff Suites. After the initial confusion with my reservation (and frustration that this was not what I booked on Expedia), I settled into my new accommodation. Clearly there are still some kinks to work out in this new hotel, including the organization of breakfasts. One day, my room was not made up. Another day, I waited the entire breakfast time for a cup of coffee. But the staff is very well intentioned, and I have no doubt that this will become an excellent accommodation.

Her şey yepyeni ve odalar çok şık. Tertemiz bir otel. Kahvaltı oldukça lezzetli ve doyurucu ve isterseniz odanızda kahvaltı yapma imkanınız var. Uygunluk durumuna göre balkonu şehre bakan odada kalmanızı öneririm.

Well, what an excellent place to stay in Kas ... a smallish but newly renovated boutique hotel. Everything is MODERNISED, they upgraded me to a balcony room free of charge (off-season in Covid times, normal high season would be different !) A really excellent room, accommodating staff, very good breakfast too - a touch of class in many ways. Book and stay here with confidence. A shortish walk to bus station and supermarkets, and to the Trailhead for the Lycian Way hiking path... Kas is a lot nicer than Antalya or Marmaris for a short stay on the south coast.

When we entered the hotel, we were pleasantly greeted upon arrival. The check-in process was quick and efficient. We had a very comfortable stay, neat and clean rooms, comfortable beds. Loved the ambiance in the hotel and the rooms. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff at the hotel was also friendly! We can recommend this hotel without any doubts!

Very nice interior design, so friendly and helpful staff (We have never seen so much welcomy, advising and attentive staff. We would like to come back next year! The breakfast is so good!
