This is an excellent property. I was traveling with 4 other adults and two children, and this was a very spacious and nicely appointed apartment with kitchen, dining area, and two separate sleeping areas (one in the living room and a separate bedroom). It was very convenient to walk to shopping and restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Hiroshima memorial park and museum. The owner provides a mobile wifi hotspot device that was a major bonus.
I had some difficulty finding the apartment because it's in an unmarked building on an upper floor. I ended up calling the management company and was able to access the apartment with some more instruction, but it was a bit stressful as I was traveling with my family. The apartment owner sends a YouTube video with instructions on how to find and enter the apartment, which I regret not watching beforehand. Once you get in, it's perfect!

Good location and good communication. It was nice to have a separate bedroom. I also appreciated all the space and lots of beds for a larger family. Having a clothes washing machine was awesome. The dry function wasn’t as useful and I wish the hotel had more space to hang more of our clothes to dry because of it, but they did have a small closet. Overall, pretty great stay.
