Affordable with a perfect location. Be aware that beach view rooms are on the boardwalk and can be loud- especially early in the morning as people head to work

The property is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and the service is good. The beach area is nice, the food is great and the staff is very friendly and knowledgable about the area.
Watch for over charges for drinks at the bar. Several times my group had to correct a specific staff member that was double charging drinks.
