It was such a smooth check in. We came for the Grizzlies game and the hotel is in the perfect spot from Beale Street and the FedEx Forum. I loved the hotel it was nice & clean definitely would come back here & recommend to others

Hotel was just ok. Refill bottles for soap etc..the pump ends were not clean so unsure of sanitation. 2 people..left 1 coffee cup after requesting 2. 1 water glass chipped.. left it out with a note for housekeeping to replace but found it back on our tray. Took over 2 hours after reporting spill in elevator for staff to clean! Only 1 floor where ice machines and filtered water machines worked. Food was just ok...service for food and bar were extremely slow and this was with very few tables full! Beautiful hotel across the street called the Peabody!!! So sorry we didn't book there. We had a fantastic meal and service and interior of the building was unsurpassed. Would NEVER recommend Canopy!! So disappointed!

We were in Memphis for a conference (at a different hotel), and we booked 2 additional stays at Canopy around the conference - March 24-26 and March 28-29 (the conference was March 26-28). On both occasions, EBONI and DAISY were amazing. We love Canopy anyway, we've stayed there before, and it has got to be one of the chicest all-around hotels in all of Memphis. The ONLY problem we had was that someone, initials DAVISA added 2 valet parking charges to our account, even though we did not travel by car (we flew in and out of Memphis). While the situation is now cleared up (thanks to DKELLER), had we not requested a printed receipt at the end of our stay, we would not have been able to catch that in real time. That said, a huge thank you shout out to EBONI, DAISY, and DKELLER, and DAVISA, please do better!

Nice Hotel. Great location. We arrived early and I was concerned my room wouldn’t be available but the front desk worked diligently to accommodate us as quickly as possible. Thanks

Nice comfy rooms. I was given a room off the alley with the trash compactor and it was a bit nosey.

Stay in Memphis Canopy Hilton was a disaster. Hot water was not working so they had to move us rooms after we were completely unpacked. Moved rooms and the in the morning the in room coffee maker was not working properly. Attention to detail was not as expected. Very disappointing.

We asked several days prior to arrival for a possible early check in. I understand that it’s not always possible. But instead we actually got a late check in—AFTER 4. Painful.

Great location to explore Memphis, but far enough from the noise from Beale Street. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were lovely. Just a small note to the hotel - our room was very humid, we don't think the extractor fan was working properly. I am sure this is not the norm and it did not impact our stay other than just feeling damp on entering the room.

Had an awesome time and my stay was amazing!

Probably a staffing shortage but we had to ask four times to get enough towels. Very polite but no action to fix it until one of us physically went to the desk and waited for them to get them. Otherwise a nice place.

Must say overalll it was a good place to have enjoyed. Coffee machine in room was not good I think a krug machine is much easier to use...thanks for a very enjoyible and informative staff at the front desk. A special thanks to "Ebonie" for being so hospitable....

This Hotel considers themselves to be 4 star, and they certainly charge a 4 star rate. But the amenities and level of service are not 4 star. A 4 star property is going to have an iron, or at least a steamer in the room. This property did not. A 4 star property is going to have sufficient bell hop staff to take your luggage to your room. This property did not. A four star property will have additional amenities available like a boutique, pool, or spa. This property did not. One overpriced restaurant does not make you 4 star. When I have stayed at 4 star properties, they things like larger rooms, a unique view, a fridge, a microwave, more than one set of towels per guest, special treats in the room like champagne of chocolate, free newspapers, live music downstairs, etc. etc. This property had none of these things. A person should ask themselves, if there is a Doubletree and a Holiday Inn nextdoor for half the price, what am I getting for paying this much more?

Rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel staff were also very accommodating and friendly. The food at the hotels restaurant was also phenomenal. Solid Bourbon selection as well.

Hotel.com told me a price $70 a night cheaper than what it was. Lazy customer service is pitiful. Zero help. Not the first time it has failed me. Nothing wrong with the hotel, all lazy Hotel.com employees.

Friendly staff at the reception desk and at the Bar.

Claim to clean the rooms everyday. This was not the case at all. Beds never made, coffee cups found in our bathroom sink, had to go and ask for extra towels and coffee. hair found in breakfast. Only thing exceptional about this hotel was the valet staff! They get 5 stars!

The only issue I had with my stay is that the lights went out at like 3am and did not come back on till close to check which was like 10am. It was hot in the room due the air going off at 3am. Also if you stay on the side adjacent to the Main Street you will hear the noise from outside. Also as I was checking out I overheard another guest asking about the front desk about the lights and she was very rude and unprofessional so much so I didn’t even want to speak to her I proceed to check out on the app. The front desk clerk proceeded to tell the customer that the lights was the light company and not the hotel issue. But other than that experience is great.

Overall, our stay was pretty good. Ida, who checked us in and out was great!
There was a couple of minor issues with the room. When we first arrived, there was only one bath towel for the two of us, which we did not discover until the next morning when we showered.
When we requested a room service/cleaning, they did not restock the kleenix and we were out.
The beds were pretty comfortable, but the pillows were not that great. Something that, unfortunately, seems to be pretty common.

Our 4th stay and we absolutely enjoy this hotel. Amazing and wonderfully friendly staff and a great location as well.

This Property was centered close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. It is located close to Beale Street, across from the World Famous Peabody Hotel and the Ducks. You can walk to some great restaurants, and even take a Romantic Carriage ride. The Best Ribs are located on the street beside the Hotel. Rendezvous has the best ribs you can eat. This property is a must stay at the price and location.

Great hotel, front desk staff were excellent and very helpful when we had to reach out. The bar staff were also very cheerful and efficient. Also enjoyed the bar food menu.

Beautiful hotel! Front desk was amazing and helpful. In walking distant to a lot of places. Would stay again if we visit the area again.

The hotel is in a prime location and most things that youd want to see in Memphis as a visitor are nearby. We had a delay in our check in and the hotel was quick to provide us vouchers for a full breakfast the next day in the restaurant. The food was very good. The hotel is very clean and the lobby area and bar are nice and comfortable.

It’s not the cleanest reception is nice

Only parking was valet parking. Not so bad, but saw police arresting someone (?) on the corner as we were checking in. Gang of four-wheelers racing up the street by AutoZone Park as we had dinner in the restaurant.
