My husband and I drove in from Houston for a weekend stay, and we were very impressed! The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated, the room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very professional and friendly, making sure we were always good. We will definitely be back.

First of all we had trouble with checking in-new system. Finally got the cards for the door and went to the 2nd floor and they did not work. Had to go back to the front desk. I booked a king bed and ended up with two queens. We didn't complain as we didn't want the hassle of finding another room at this point. The body wash provided in the shower was empty. The overall room seemed cheap. No closet-just a wire rack to hang your clothes on in the bathroom. Pocket doors between the bathroom & bedroom were very difficult to open and close. I will say it was clean so no issues there. The breakfast was very good and the staff overall were nice and accommodating. For the $-not the nicest place I've stayed.

The front staff was very welcoming and friendly. It is really rare these days for good customer service. So it was refreshing to know that the management has taken the time to make sure it was a priority. The room was very clean. Overall, a great experience.

Everything was clean and modern . The breakfast buffet used real plates and silvereware. Good assortment of food.

It’s was a very nice hotel I loved it and definitely will be going back to it.

I had a one-day conference in Waco on a Friday, and since this was the weekend prior to my birthday, the wife and I decided to turn it into a weekend getaway. This was our first time staying in a Staybridge and we were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked it! Check-in was a breeze, and we immediately noticed the immense hang out area off the main lobby. A bar overlooks the breakfast area and next to both was an expansive area with lots of different types of seating to just hang out (sofas, plush chairs surrounding small tables, high chairs at a counter facing a large wall-mounted TV, and more.) The pool is fenced off and was closed that weekend for repairs, but outside said fence was more seating and two gas grills. There was also a basketball court on the opposite side of the pool, which we had NEVER seen at a hotel. We spent each night hanging out in the outdoor lounge area and despite the "100% non-smoking" sign at the front desk, folks were smoking cigarettes, cigars and even a hookah in the outdoor lounge. The room was quite nice with a comfortable king-size bed, desk, small table, full-size fridge, microwave, stove and plenty of dining and cookware. The only negative was that the sink area of the bathroom and the toilet + shower area are separate, with the sink area being open to the bedroom (no door), with the bed being right next to it. So if anyone needs to do their morning hygiene while others are sleeping, it becomes a stealth mission.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. Very nice breakfast with fruit, pancake, meats and potato sections.

Staybridge Suites is always a wonderful place to stay this one is fully up to date with wonderful rooms very clean very quiet super friendly staff the breakfast that is provided is very good we would love to stay here again the only downside was the pool was under construction but we were just staying for one night so it did not bother us this is a wonderful hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone

My second time staying its my new go to when staying in the area. Fast friendly check in, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Served pizza in the evening and descent breakfast in the morning.

The hotel had an odor. Our room had an odor and the bathroom and sofa were terrible dirty. I had to go to Walgreens to purchase febreeze and some bleach for the shower. It has orange growth along the edge and smelled like mildew. The breakfast was nice, but the didn’t offer decaf coffee. Only regular. The ladies kept food clean and stocked. Front desk workers were very friendly.

This hotel is stellar on every front! It is clean, comfortable beyond compare and the service is second to none. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Very clean and apparently newer hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff and nice rooms and comfortable bed. The breakfast was especially good and a variety of choices with waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, cereals and more. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing the kids had so much fun, the staff was as always super helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean comfortable. This is our place to stay when we’re in town.

Beds are terribly uncomfortable, just a thin pad on springs. The walls are very thin. Both neighbors had conversations that we could hear until we left at 1 am. No staff member at desk to turn keycards into. Tried to call from house phone and cell phone. Precisely why I normally choose Marriot hotels. My mistake for even booking an IHG hotel.
