Check in was super easy. Awesome location with restaurants and shops around, also close to multiple train stations. Very cool unit and more spacious than we were expecting. Would stay again!

There was plenty of shops, grocery dining and a wonder fresh fruit store close by. It was right next to the subway station and very easy wanting distance to all the sides, 20 to 30 minutes downhill. One of the air conditioners had a little water leaking and they were able to help us figure it out within a few minutes with no issues. The responding two questions and issues was within 5 minutes and they did a wonderful job of answering all of our questions in English the Wi-Fi was really fast, the TV was a little bit hard to figure out once we did it worked great. It had a washing machine with the dryer did not dry her clothes I'm not sure if we did not know how to use it for the French ornot working all the time.

Lovely apartment, good location. Saint Lazare station 5 min walk away with good metro transport into paris. Lilane was so helpful. Would definitely stay again!
