The staff was exceptionally courteous, professional, kind and helpful. The facilities and the room were excellent. The only drawback was weak wifi in the room and I had to use my hot spot on my phone to access adequate wifi in the room. In spite of that small drawback, I would stay here again.

Overall the hotel is well located in the area, close to all the amenities such as beach and restaurants and shops. The check in was smooth but we weren't allowed to use the hotel parking to discharge our baggages, so we had to quickly take all our suitcases and move the car to a safe parking.
The breakfast was good, mostly italian, lots of sweets and fruits, it was at a nearby hotel, every morning so we had to leave keys and go breakfast then go back to the hotel to take our things for the beach, this specific info was not showing on the Expedia description of the hotel nor was communicated to us.
The room we had looked very small and bathroom too, we had a balcony which was nice. Bathroom was renovated.
Airconditioning was good and we had a safe with a key.
In general needs improve cleaning, specially under the bed.
