The place is beautiful The staff needs to communicate better n organize their check ins Breakfast was good but lastly my main concern was finding dust all on its floor after I dropped something was my room even clean or disinfected

We arrived almost 2 hours after check in and our rooms were unavailable. We drove hours to get there and were exhausted and wanted to rest but were unable to due to our rooms not being ready. We were hoping to wait by the pool but the pool was empty and being filled when we got there. So we just had to sit and wait. Water in the room also would come and go and toilet would clog. Beautiful property but they need to get it together. Will not be returning.

The hotel was very nice and convenient located. If you want to have the Bahía de la Águila Experience, this is the place to stay, plus you will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful town of Pedernales too. The breakfast was delicious

The hotel was very clean. The restaurant was not open at all. As a result we had to go eat outside the hotel. The community around the hotel was a poor neighborhood. There were few people staying at the hotel. When we arrived it was only my wife and I. The next day a few my families arrived. I would give it a 7 rating out of 10.

Good location in town. Close to the center of town and restaurants. AC works great, free parking on premises and safe place. Should work on the breakfast… not good presentation; we ate at the cafe close by the hotel.

This was a great hotel near Bahia de las Aguilas. It was very clean, comfortable beds and amazing staff. Breakfast was great every morning. Will definitely come back!

The hotel the location is great, the staff and the hotel in general were very good. However, the bathroom need a deep clean. We had two rooms and both it’s bathrooms were not clean. Also the bed was a bit uncomfortable. However, I think the hotel’s decoration is very nice for a little town like Perdernales. Once the bathrooms are clean it can become the perfect place to stay.

Quiet, peaceful grounds. Clearly a bit older but also clearly there is an attention to detail and maintaining the pretty, peacefulness of the grounds. If you like polished wood and rock work, you will like the ambience here as well.

The place was dirty The covers and blankets were stained The air conditioner was broken It sound like a dying cat and I couldn’t sleep for the whole night I supposed to stay for two nights but i only stay for One and they still charge me for two nights anyway very disappointing

This hotel was very clean and the staff super friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time there. Our first morning they recommended we ate breakfast at their sister hotel which is located by water, the beauty of the beach was breathtaking and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is centrally located, rooms are comfortable and clean. Everything works although WiFi is patchy. The pool area is clean and pleasant. The main issue with the hotel is very rude reception staff and a total lack of professional management. This is evident when staff cant find your reservation, they dont have access to the hotel's phone number or email, they force upon you a fixed breakfast time when the hotel is empty, etc. You cannot help but feel harassed. We shall not return

I reserve a Single room and when we get there they told my don’t have any single room. They give a room for 3 people more expensive of what I reserve.

The stay was good, the attentions of anfitrión Yeuris was incredible and he offered a lot of options for we eat and feel better. The owner(mr. Santiago) attend us directly for resolver a little problem with the payment and resolved very fast. He offered us a change for him another Hotel(Glamping Vista del Aguila) and the experience was incredible for my family. Thanks for all.
