My experience was amazing, from the front desk staff to the cleaning and especially the bartender, were such extremely attentive and hospitable. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated.

Wonderful location and the hotel was better than expectations. The king suite was laid out very well with the bedroom separate and the kitchenette was well stocked. The staff were all very friendly form the front desk to the breakfast service to the cleaning crew. Breakfast was really good for a free hotel breakfast and it was different all 3 mornings we were there which was very nice. Within walking distance to a couple restaurants/bars and could not be more convenient to the airport. We were actually able to return the rental car the evening before our early 6am flight and walk back to the hotel. Shuttle service was as expected.

We stayed the night after a cruise and before our flight home. Our room was ready at 10 am which was the best. We didn’t have to hang out in the lobby for 6 hours.

Convenient location by the airport. Nice outdoor pool area. Good breakfast. Nice gym we used the workout equipment every night.

Staff members are nice and helpful. But there are a few major flaws regarding the conditions. The doors slam too loud without a buffer. If a guest is not being thoughtful, the entire floor can hear the slamming door noise time to time. Second, the down bedding are nice but materials are too noisy. Third, the bed springs are making noise when you turn. And mattress is too soft. I did not sleep well at all. For this price, I expected much better.

We had a great 4 day stay. Staff happily arranged for our back-to-back booking to be within the same room, which was spacious and very comfortable. The runway view provided ojr kids endless entertainment with planes taking off and landing, and the noise was barely noticeable. The free breakfast each day was perfect for starting our day without having to worry about food. The location was great for exploring the Gulf Coast beaches as well as Busch Gardens. Only 5 mins drive from the airport. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and courteous. Can't really ask for more!

Stay was great! Our only issue was shuttle service. Why is our hotel last on pick up. We were downstairs at 345 am for shuttle. Shuttle was nearly full. You need to have larger shuttle or more of them.

Whole experience at Hyatt House was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Outdoor space near pool was great. Convenient location to airport. Airport shuttle was such a help. Short drive to good food and waterfront. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel, only issue was unable to stream Netflix etc. on TV. Staff tried to help but could not resolve issue. Great breakfast, room very comfortable, otherwise no complaints.

So i spent a lot of time to pick the hotel and finally I pick hayatt house and i and so happy for the location, safe, quiet, very nice, there is a bar and you can set down around the pool, near everything you want to see, i love how inside the room is like little kitchen with everything you want + the refrigerator, i Higley recommended,and free parking.

The hotel felt brand new and was trendy with the design. Pool area was awesome along with the bar. The staff was top level.

Customer service was fantastic from the moment we arrived. The hotel is clean and well kept. The water was hot, good water pressure and comfortable bed. Location to the Tampa Airport is prime and there is shuttle service. We had dinner at the hotel Bar H, food was average bar food. However, Matt the bartender/server was smiling, pleasant and the food was not overly priced which made it all worthwhile. Breakfast had a plethora of options from eggs and sausage to fruit, yogurt and cereal. This hotel was a great value for all of the amenities and proximity to the airport.

I had a wonderful evening at this quiet hotel right near the airport. I had a great meal at the small bar right inside the hotel and then I had a super early flight and the shuttle was right on time at 4:30 am. All the staff were friendly and helpful

The accommodations here were absolutely great! Room was great! I was here for new years and for the bowl game held at Raymond James stadium! Had plenty to do close by and the bar and kitchen staff were absolutely the best!! I even got cheesecake 2 nights in a row!

I really liked having more than just a hotel room. I liked the “living room” area and the kitchen with separation from the bed and bath areas. Also liked the bar and patio areas.
