Comfortable room clean restful sleep. Sure

Needed a place to sleep for a few hours, in between work shifts. Was a decent bed and amenities were fine for the price. No Issues with stay.

It was alright. Just a little bit noisemakers when vehicles passes by on the freeway.

They blamed an issue on a computer glitch. The manager said, " our computer system took all the rooms that were suppose to not be purchased into our available rooms list." Rooms were used that were assigned for deep cleaning. The room we were originally put in had feces on the walls of the bathroom and door. There was a lizard in the bathroom also. They reassigned us a room and it was better but very musty smelling. Needed to be aired out. I had to put a deposit on the room, $50.00...i was told by the night clerk to go to the front desk for a refund of my deposit upon checkout. The daytime clerk refunded me in cash and was suppose.to put it back on my card. She called me when i was already over 20 miles away and asked me if i could go back to fix their mistake. I would have had to drive back and then continue my trip adding at least 40 miles onto my route. Ridiculous! Gross, unorganized , and no compensation for the inconveniences of dealing with the filth, moving rooms or anything.

It's hard to open my door in the pillows not too comfortable but other than that it's a nice quiet place the staff is cool they keep up on the cleaning the good people

Its a normal room for the cheap price. Big fridge in and out everyday but the walls are a little thin. We can hwre our nabors arguing but everything else is average.

Staff was willing to work with me on my concern for the room I was installed at, got changed room 3 times do to problems with TV's in the building , but they were nice and respectful with me and resolved the problem

Came back to the room after work, around 6pm. Our beds were stripped and towels were gone, someone started cleaning the unit then just stopped and left? We had to go to front desk and get our sheets and towels to make our own beds

Hotels.com sold me a room that did not exists at this hotel. The hotel did the best they could to accomodate us but we ended up having to take a double bed instead of the King that was sold to me. And the internet was out so the TV did not work.

Best Value for the Area most other hotels are $100 and up. $50 to be a stones throw away from those expensive hotels, and still get the same walkable dining options is awesome.

I had roaches in my room…they called the exterminator immediately but they shouldn’t have been there from the beginning. The staff members are VERY nosey. They all make it a point too look in your room as they walk buy especially the tall Mexican lady with black hair. She’s very unprofessional and needs too find a different career. No fridge, no microwave.

Having booked and having a reservation and then arriving and being told that there is no room available was the first issue. The attitude of staff was unprofessional and non-caring. Room was clean but had only one TV channel and coffee had no sugar, milk and cups. Externally there was lots of outside noise.

The room didn’t have a remote for the tv that would work and wasn’t given another one and I could not shower because the room was missing the water spout so the water came out of a hole in the wall and because that was missing there wasn’t a way to turn the shower on so I asked for anther room and the front desk clerk said she couldn’t do that but she’ll have someone look at it. Also when I checked in I had to leave to get cash because the could take card payments and they couldn’t give a receipt either because there wasn’t a printer. Had to leave a $50 deposit also so when I checked out at 8 in the morning I went to get my deposit back and I was told I had to wait until 11 so housekeeping could inspect the room first which was an inconvenience since I was leaving back home which was a 5 hour drive. I couldn’t even have them just return it to my card since they were not accepting card payments and didn’t have a receipt to prove I paid a deposit if I had left. Total stay was terrible and will never stay there again.

We had nothing but trouble getting into our room, every time we left our room and came back , my key never worked, i was having to go to the office from the day we checked in,you have a nice sweet maintance man, he did everything possible to get the door fixed but to no avail. Unless they fix everything ,i will not be staying in that hotel again,,, we were there for my aunts funeral and we were under a lot if stress and then all this

Paint chips, bugs, smelled of marijuana, couldn’t put food in refrigerator because the door opened the wrong way, had to step through big puddles of muddy water to get to the room and blood on the pillow. If it wasn’t already way past midnight when I got into town or if it was a safer neighborhood, I would have slept in my car!

They got really to rude and then it they asked me to leave after Ive done stayed one night and then I had to get a different be room and pay 30 dollars more and A 50 dollar deposit. And I had done nothing wrong. I will never stay here again the resptionist has no costumer relations at all. It's a sad excuse as a business

This was the dirtiest hotel I have I ever stayed. It was roach infested. I killed about 10 roaches as well as ones that were allready did on floor. The toilet wouldnt flush and the hotel worker brought me a plunger to handle it my stay. This hotel should be shut down. It was the Worst experience of my life!

To start, if you stay in room 142 make notes of all the previous damages or you WILL get charged. Our first nights stay after we unloaded all our things, we got locked out of our room, the front desk person printed us two new keys, only for them to still not work. She then answered us with "hmmm not sure what to tell you." About three times, before finally divulging she does not have a master key, there is no on call maintenance person and it was too late to call them anyway. We had to climb through the (luckily) already unlocked window.
The next day when the maintenance man was finally on site, he stated we didn't answer and he left site early due to an emergency.
My first experience in the restroom my husband had to rescue me from the biggest roach I have ever seen! Then again a couple days later.
After finally calming down from that fiasco we got to settle in and noticed the giant hole in the wall by the floor behind the garbage and that our sheets had quite a few stains on them.
We made the mistake of assuming the room was just as is; roaches, holes and stains... However we did get charged for "damages".
