The hotel is in a good, safe location near restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and spacious, and all the amenities were working. Overall, a very good stay and would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was very nice over all but there was alot of door banging noise, upper level floor noise and you can hear through the walls of the neighbors surrounding your room. I was awoken several times due to the noise. Other wise a nice place and location to downtown Wichita.

The location is fantastic, as it is in old downtown just minutes away from most of Wichita's sites. The hotel seems newer and is clean and comfortable. The rooms are huge with tons of storage. Free coffee is provided 24/7. The pool is small but clean. The free breakfast is mediocre at best. It consists of waffles, microwaved breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and oatmeal. The staff were friendly and usually prompt. The only real issue with this hotel is the walls seem pretty thin, we were woken countless times up to 3am with loud talking, running in the halls, doors constantly slamming; you can even hear when the surrounding rooms turn on water. If you're a heavy sleeper or willing to sacrifice sleep for all the great things about the hotel, then this is a good spot. We would stay again for sure.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, my only complaint is minor - the fan in the bathroom was dirty, but everything else was great. The location was very nice as well, with lots to do around us.

I didn’t like the staff. They weren’t helpful and I constantly was going downstairs to get linens she insisted were in the room, for our “convenience”. There was no linens or pillows for pull out couch and I guess we annoyed her coming down to ask for this. She got tight lipped when I said I looked in every place possible in the room and there was nothing to be found.

Everything shown online was accurate to what we saw when we got there. Very clean lobby, polite and helpful staff. Parking was close to entrance. Our suite was nice and the kitchen space was very convenient.There was a room divider pull curtain that could separate the sitting area & the bed which worked great when we woke up at different times. A great continental breakfast that was fresh and stocked well. We definely recommend this Hotel in Delano District & will stay again in the future!

Overall a great place. Staff are so accommodating and nice. Rooms are large with nice touches everywhere. We love the real dishes, electrical ports everywhere, couch and sofa and especially the TV system allowing you to synk your Netflix and watch YouTube. Main downside is the very heavy doors that every single person lets slam. Once people begin leading their rooms you will be woke to slamming doors.

Our stay is always wonderful at Home2Suites. The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast is limited but fully stocked. There is a coffee shop in the same parking lot as the Hotel. We were able to walk to the Keeper of the Plains. It was a very nice stay.

Tons of room in the suites and extra amenities that you don't find at other hotels. There was a coffee shop that shared a parking lot with hotel which was so nice to be able to walk to. The breakfast was good. The pool provided full-sized beach towels. Perfect for a family of four with teen kids.

Great experience. Friendly check-in, spacious room, pullout couch and bed both very comfortable. AC unit a bit loud but not overmuch. Shower clean, water hot, towels soft, bathroom not cramped. Breakfast good value and variety, including omelets for carb conscious folks, and coffee wasn't burned. Highly recommended.

Just a one night stay. Was busy a few blocks down as they had baseball out something going on and traffic was saturated. No good view it the back of the property. The hotel is great just the surrounding area and downtown is dirty. I had no issues with anyone or anything in our outside of the hotel.

We arrived and were given rooms different than what was booked, which was ok. However, one of the rooms we were given smelled terribly of dog urine and the chair was so dirty we couldn't use it. The smell and lack of cleanliness made this an unenjoyable stay.

Traveling with small children, and we were given a room that smelled of smoke. When I alerted the front desk to the issue they confirmed they had someone smoking in there...That was all. No apology or attempt to remedy the concern.

Spacious room with everything you’d need in the kitchen. Very clean room and love the Black-out curtains. Super cute Adirondack chairs all around including inside pool area. Always appreciate having washer/dryer on site since we travel for soccer games and need to wash clothes after games. Breakfast was great.

We have stayed before. Plenty of room. Bed didnt seem as comfy as last go around, but maybe we are just getting older. Had our baby with us, so was disappointed there wasnt a bath. Had to bathe her in the bathroom sink.

The staff are wonderful as always! The place is always clean, plenty of room. Breakfast amazing, great coffee. Easy accessibility to rooms for my 82yr old mother. Great location! Just beautiful !

The shower had very low pressure. Neighbor next door had a party until 3 or 4AM. Other than that, the facility was nice, clean, and staff was helpful when the A/C needed to be reset.

I've stayed here before and always enjoy my stay. But this time I was on the 1st floor in the room closest to the pool and almost immediately after getting into the room my allergies flared up and didn't get any better until I left the hotel for dinner then as soon as I got back the allergy symptoms were back. 3rd and 4th floor rooms didn't seem to bother me like this one on the first floor.
