Only there for one night. Accommodating our family of 6 in one room was great. Also thank you for recognizing what your guests want in providing a standard check out time at noon and providing a fantastic breakfast included in our stay. Thanks again we will be back

The stay was awesome. We were downtown, close to everything. The hotel was clean, bright, and inviting. The check in/out process was a little slow but other than that things went well!

When staying in downtown Tampa, I always look to this hotel first for my stay.

First morning after arrival woke up and 5:30 AM and there was NO water in the room to flush the toilet, to take a shower or have coffee. The phone to the gallery(main desk) rang and rang with no response.
Had to get dressed and go down to the front desk where I saw a few more people that had no water.
At 6;05 the water came on but did not have hot water in the shower and had to shower with look warm/Cold water. When complaining to management- they apologies, period.

Great location, easy walk to Amalie Arena and other downtown spots. Only about 3 blocks from the free trolley to Ybor City.
Called ahead to have a baby bed held & that note didn't get made on our reservation. However, they still were able to get us one when we checked in.

Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. The continental breakfast had several choices and everything was clean. Had to call room service for some extra towels and the service was prompt

The condition of the hotel was okay. However, the employee's work ability was poor. I reserved a room with two beds in one room. However, the room assigned was one bed in one room. I thought it was a mistake by the staff and checked again, but I was told an absurd excuse that the hotel does not have two beds in one room. With the help of the online reservation manager, Fortunately, I changed rooms. Then, I couldn't rest for over 3 hours. I will never use this hotel or any Hyatt affiliate again.

The property is beautiful, the staff was friendly. Room was clean and very spacious.

The hotel is in a safe area and an excellent location for sight seeing. Riverwalk and the free Teco streetcar are a short walk away. The streetcar looks like a San Francisco cable car on the inside, runs every 15 minutes, and gives you easy access to Ybor City, the Aquarium and convention center.
Hotel parking is $38 per night but there is a city parking garage 1 block away for $15/24 hours.

When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist greeted me with a smile and checked me in within minutes. Literally took no time . The entire staff and entourage were very friendly polite and helpful. Room was huge , very clean and spacious. I will definitely be back soon !

The only problem was the motion activated light switch caused the light to come on three times after we went to bed.

My husband and i loved this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable and clean. We will stay here again. Breakfast was good lots of food to choose from hot and cold food.

Room was not ready when we arrived. Woman at front desk was less than friendly. When room was finally ready, we were handed room key, never told about amenities. Our room was not the room that we had selected.

Only had a 1 night stay before my cruise, but the hotel was pristine and the service was INCREDIBLE. Left my suit at home, so had a fam member overnight the suit to the hotel, they accepted it and had it waiting for me when I checked out. Top shelf service and facilities. Highly recommend.

Bit miffed we missed the breakfast. Wasn't told it ended at 9.30am when we checked in. Other than that it's in a good location and within walking distance to Amelie Stadium
