The room I was in on first floor, had an exterior light shining straight on the window and blackout shades didn’t really help. You could hear people in other rooms above me and to the side so it was not very quiet for a weekday and my TV did not work And the breakfast was disgusting

This is a beautiful hotel. Brand new everything. No free breakfast but restaurant if you want it. The front desk gentleman was extremely kind in understanding our mistake of booking room on wrong night. Didn’t charge us additional night but just added our pet fee. Really appreciated that. Beds were so comfortable. Extremely clean rooms. Thank you!

The property was nice and clean. Comfy beds and clean bathroom. I was disappointed that they charged me 1/2 day for a late checkout at 2:30. The hotel wasn't even 1/2 full.

Great property, was told by some locals it is a newer hotel. But the bathroom barn door would get stuck and not fully close. And our office chair was broke upon arrival.

All of the employees at the desk were so nice and helpful. It was refreshing to have such hospitality. The only thing that wasn’t great was the room wasn’t very cool even after turning air down. And there was only a sheet or heavy down comforter, nothing in-between.

Amenities were non-existent without a wallet in hand. There was no room service, which was ok by me, but the rooms were overpriced for the amount of service offered. Also, I noticed a charge on my receipt for $8.00 from the "pantry" I do not remember making any such purchase.

It's always a big PLUS to have a bar and restaurant in-house. The facilities are on the deluxe-side and the staff aiming to please. The only disappointment were the louder-than-normal footsteps/running nearby. The front desk worked magic and the annoying sounds disappeared! I look forward to booking again with Hilton Garden Inn.

Just opened in March 2021, very clean, nice bar area and great food. Bartenders were all friendly and welcoming, as was the front desk staff. Couldn't have asked for anything better - will definitely stay here again.

It is a nice hotel with some great food and service at the bar and grille area. There was a couple front desk staff members who made us feel unwelcome having younger kids so I would highly recommend this hotel if you aren’t traveling for kids but caution for families.
