The front desk staff was very polite and enthusiastic, providing us with attentive and thoughtful service. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and he even arranged an extra room for the three of us.

It didn’t smell like garbage. It totally didn’t feel gross just standing in the bathroom. I most certainly did not almost gag when I first walked in. I didn’t get drunk in the parking lot with my friends either. I did bring a sleeping bag.

I want to be transparent here. My room was barebones, but it is what I paid for, and for that I was satisfied. If you’re looking for the 5 star experience without paying for it, that’s unrealistic here for right now. The staff were friendly and flexible. It’s my hope that Richmond hotel will provide more amenities, upgrades, and repairs as it gets more guests there.

Nice spot to stay in Richmond considering the price. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and quiet with convenient parking right outside the door. I slept great and it wasn't far from my jobsite, can't complain!
