Staff friendly. Room okay, could have been cleaner. Bed well used. Mattress and box springs need of replacement. You shouldn’t have to sleep in a divot that previous guest have left behind.

Great stay. The lobby was was very open and friendly with pool table, TV's, individual pods with wifi hook up. Personnel very very friendly. The room was very clean but very basic. The space was very small. I would like to have had some room to move around in. The bed was very comfortable.

A really fun vibe, from the colorful decor—reminiscent of IKEA/Crate $ Barrel—the game room & open air feel of the lobby, to the friendly staff & very clean room & public areas—we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. The only negative thing is the noise from the highway. We turned on the heating cooling unit fan to create some white noise. We were in an even number room and I wonder if being on the other side of the hall would have been quieter. No issues with the rest of the stay.

The shower pressure was great. Very clean. The only thing is that there were no wardrobe or dresser. No coffee maker in the room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Awesome stay , great staff . the was some kids in the room above ours and the were making a lot of noise and jumping around . I call the front desk and he handled it right away and there was no more issues the rest of our stay . breakfast was good (not great but good) , staff was on top of everything . The only Sad thing was that there was not a pool which i knew when i booked the room . , My Grandbaby Loves a good pool lol .

The hotel was fabulous, we will staying there again on our return to Canada on Nov 15th. The only disappointment was when we were checking in, two people were sitting there and no one said hello or welcome or anything, we stood there waiting while the two of them exchanged glances and finally one of them said, checking in? We just drove 9 hours and a greeting with a smile would have been great.

Everything was great besides the pounding in the mornings and how loud the doors were when they closed! Other than that I’d highly recommend!

This is a nice hotel. I love that they don’t have carpets. The staff was friendly and the room was clean for the most part. The only negative thing that happened was when I woke up the next morning I had 2 small bandaids that were stuck together on my face. They must have been stuck to the pillows or sheets. Ugh!!!

The lobby was fun and inviting. I liked the decor throughout the hotel. Crisp, clean and colorful. They provided nice choices for breakfast too!

Everything was great. Stopped while traveling with my wife and daughter and we all thought it was great. I like the open concept of the lobby. Only negative for me was the bed was too hard, but that’s just me. Will definitely stay at anTru again.

Very clean and a comfortable feel with games to borrow and a pool table in lobby area. The hotel is minimalistic, and definitely not fancy, but has an inviting feel. I have stayed at another Tru in Charleston and will look for more TRU hotels in the future.

Modern look to this hotel. It was fine for one-night stop. It offered a little more than many medium-priced hotels, such as large-screen TV, couches and pool table in the lobby. And beer if you wanted it.

No coffee maker or ice bucket in room. Have to go to the lobby to get a plastic tub with no lid for ice. No closet or drawers. Have to hang clothes on hooks on the walls. Very small room. The only thing related to “Hilton” was the price. Management allowed people to dump their kids (5 to 10 years old) in exercise room with no supervision. NEVER again. This hotel was a joke.

The hotel was nice and clean and had a decent breakfast. Our only complaint was the pillows were too squishy and did not offer good support.

Walls are paper thin and our neighbors are blasting their tv and the receptionist claims there’s nothing they can do. Offering $20 off when we’ve been driving 9 hours to come here. Would never stay here again.
