A beautiful property located perfectly in Budapest. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and sauna. Great time.

Hotel location is very convenient, less then 5 mins walk to the river and the Parliament building. Very grand building, despite the understated entrance from the street. Fantastic breakfast room, and excellent breakfast, a must do at least once in your stay. Room very comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Staff were very helpful when our luggage did not arrive on the plane; they made several phone calls for us to try and expedite the delivery. Nice lounge bar with good food and choice of drinks. Would return to this hotel.

There were three employees who greeted me when I arrived. One of the is Daniel. The other two I don’t remember but one of the was a girl and the other one a guy from Portugal. Also the Spanish employer at the breakfast buffet was really friendly and helpful.

Excellent property! We were so sad to leave! Impecable, comfortable! So much beauty in every corner. Great stuff and the breakfast is incredible served in the most beautiful room.

The hotel was clean and organized, but somewhat impersonal. The rooms were impractical, ie no desk inspire of ample space. The clerks were friendly, but did not speak in Hungarian, the cleaning staff did not my replace our coffee pósanos did they take away an empty water bottle don't expect a replacement.

This is not a 5 star hotel, period. It was converted from some office building. The service is bare minimum. I paid $100 extra for a suite, but received no bonus compared to basic rooms. My room is on the ground floor facing the street. AC in the hotel is weak and the room is pretty humid when setting the temperature at 20 degree C. It feels like basement to me. Adding to the injury, after I reported the problem, they didn’t do anything. When I complained at checkout, again no response. Breakfast is not included, unlike all other hotels we stayed in Czech Republic and Austria on this trip. Don’t count on having breakfast at nearby restaurants — none is open at breakfast time. So you need to pay 25 euro per person in the mediocre hotel restaurant. Seriously, Expedia, you owe me a partial refund. The hotel even refused to upgrade my room when it’s available, as promised for being a gold member.

Liked style, cleanliness, service, staff and food. Outside, good access to restaurants and close to the Danube. Did not like that there was construction (perhaps not hotel's fault but has to be taken into consideration) that caused digging along the entire front and side of the hotel creating huge holes; as well as blocade and equipment left outside the hotel entrance for over a week. Eye sore and inconvenient.

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Budapest. Extremely professional and courteous staff. Very modern , clean , well kept. We will be returning to this hotel on our next stay in Budapest.

The hotel was beautiful, the room very spacy and comfortable and we absolutely loved the spa facilities. We also booked an amazing couples massage through the reception. All personnel was super nice, and the hotel was conveniently located to visit areas of Budapest.

The place is amazing in the center of everything. Stuff are nice and helpful.

One of our main reasons that we chose this hotel was the pool. When we arrived we were informed that the pool was closed during our stay, but the staff kindly offered us compensation. At our checkout we filled in bank details. However we have still not received any information about this.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are clean and larger than usual and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and varied and the dining room is lovely. It was nice to end the day in the pleasant spa. The hotel is very close to major attractions and public transportation. Above all - excellent service from the entire hotel staff. We will definitely be back!

The room and everything else was clean and well maintained. The only thing I didn't like about the room were stairs, steep angle and windows on the roof only. Other than that, I was satisfied with everything.

Nice clean and spacy room. Friendly personell. Nice lobby area. Good location. Spa area was fine, but not perfect. There was a vague smell of sewer. Steam bath was not hot enough. No personnel. No aromas in sauna or steam. Spa area could relatively easy be improved, so the lack of attention to this is a pity. Que to breakfast the first day (of 2).

An amazing hotel just like a palace!! The rooms are large and spacious, the staff with a very high level of service - the staff is extremely courteous and responds to every request, a pampering and varied breakfast with special treats from the kitchen. Highly recommend, full value for the price. We will definitely come back every time we visit Budapest.

“Palace” is indeed the operative word! This hotel was GORGEOUS! The room was GORGEOUS! The dining room for breakfast was awe inspiring Breakfast was great and a meal in the 1st floor restaurant was good. Location was perfect. Service was wonderful.

Beautiful room, breakfast was great and the hotel was situated right by the Parliament building.

The room has lovely decor & good size, the bed was large and comfortable, liked the clever storage wardrobe made to look like a large portrait, good area to do makeup and nice on suite with a fabulous shower. Nice products ie shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand gel and moisturiser provided. Lovely special touches like welcome drink and cake in the room on arrival. Also it was my husband birthday and i didn’t say anything to reception but when we came back on his birthday they had put balloons on the bed and cake in the room with a happy birthday message. The buffet breakfast was fabulous lots of variety from meats and cheeses, cooked breakfast, pastries, cakes, fruit and yogurt, breads, rolls toast, waffles pancakes.Teas coffee water fruit juice. Everything you could want. They were also happy to prepare omelettes etc on request. This was all taken in what was once the ballroom. We had a wonderful stay and can’t thank the staff enough for such a fabulous stay.
