Really good service. Nice location and nice room. I go to Gouda frequently and usually stay in the Best Western but based on this one stay I might well be changing to this hotel.

Was a very cosy and nice hotel, we just booked our second stay for christmas. Very friendly staff, great vibe and good servoice incl food and very easy tjek in.

Excellent communication - we had issues with our flight & arrived a day late and the hotel was extremely helpful and reassuring of being able to check in late and what to do if after reception hours. Super hotrl with freat staff

The hotel is wonderful. Different from aything weve been to before. The decor is amazing. I wanted to bring the carpet home. Our rooms were lovely, again decor was amazing. We loved how they were set out. The little notes around the room were great too. We only had one problem and that was the lack of light. Staff were all so friendly, pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic too. So much effort put into ingredients and presentation.

Check-in was not entirely flawless. I’m an older man and even though the hotel had other rooms available, I was given a room decorated in pink - perfect for one of my grandchildren - and a steep set of stairs to a sleep loft. Obviously I asked for a different room. Food was truly great but the wait staff had a tendency to disappear for long periods.

Close to everything. Superior rooms. The old “Weeshuis” is a beautiful building. Close to all of Gouda’s tourist attractions. Above all very quiet.

Of course its main feature is the beautifully preserved building in this part of Gouda, next to the church. We had a mini “private tour” by the owner, who showed us a room that was spectacularly set up for a wedding.

This was a beautiful property. We really loved our stay here. It has so much charm. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. It's a great location too close to Gouda's Market Square with access to lots of restaurants, shops and sites.
