The hotel was two years old and nice. The terrible part was their airport shuttle. On our arrival to Albuquerque Airport we waited close to an hour with 3 phone calls to the hotel for the shuttle to arrive... this was at 8pm on a Wednesday night. For our departure we were told to come to the lobby 15 minutes before the time we needed the shuttle to the airport. At 5:15am Monday morning we requested a shuttle, but were told the shuttle cannot be requested until 6am and would be coming from another hotel so wouldn't arrive till 6:15 or after. Our flight was at 8:00 am and we needed to be at the airport 2 hours early. The desk clerk did not offer to contact and pay for a taxi or Lyft for us, which they had done the day before for 2 guests. He did say to submit a receipt from our ride to the airport to the hotel for reimbursement. What a hassle. So my advice to anyone is don't rely on their airport shuttle.

The building was nice. The employees were average. They did tell us how unsafe the neighborhood around the hotel was. Breakfast was cold and the free coffee in the lobby was $3. Downtown Albuquerque is very unsafe. I would not stay here again.

Best part of the stay was Bernadette at the front desk. All other employees couldn’t be bothered to greet you, say hi or be helpful. Vomit on the 2nd floor roof deck, never cleaned in 3 days. Trash on 5th floor by elevators wasn’t emptied either, so with the lack of circulating air the hallway stunk. Asked for an extra hour for check out and the young woman basically said they had given all the they, with empty parking lots. Owner needs to not be a cheap ass and adequately staff the hotel and provide proper training, especially customer service. Won’t be staying at any of his properties going forward.

This is a very nice hotel. A bit noisy if your room faces Broadway or Central Ave. Conveniently located near the convention center and some really good local restaurants. It was an easy walk to and from the convention we attended and these restaurants. So we thoroughly enjoyed that part of our trip. Unfortunately, Albuquerque has a bit of a homeless problem and seeing that around the area, put a bit of a damper on our visit. Just to be clear, we never felt unsafe. The property was very well kept and would stay there again.

ALL the staff especially two front desk women were so very kind and hospitable toward me! I’m so thankful for these ladies. Felicia was so helpful in getting my phone returned to me and just so sweet, printing out directions for me offering to schedule a ride pick up and allowing me to use their phone. I’m forever grateful.

When you have a security guard present because of the homeless people around the property, that is a concern. You also provide NO shuttle service to an airport, train station yet many spaces in the parking garage are reserved for hotel shuttle cars!!

We now have a new place to stay if we use ABQ Sunport. Clean, modern, friendly staff, and surprisingly good food from their restaurant – no need to go anywhere else, even though there are some good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Nice, clean and tidy hotel. Breakfast was fine, they even had fruit. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. One of the beds was a coach/sofa which could be turned into a bed. It surprised us a bit that we had to prepare the bed ourselves.

From the start, parking was nice, being a gated lot and all. Check in was swift and i was up to my room (5th floor). Room was bigger and more luxuriou than expected. Everyrhing was as described to the T. Bed was comfortable. Water was hot, shower and teb was great. Walls were thicker than most for premium privacy, (kinda noisy night in my room😈) breakfast was also included which was fantastic. Highly recommended.

For a new property, it was mostly very good. The rooms were spacious, the staff courteous and helpful, and the hot breakfast was uninspired but adequate. The location is excellent. A few things let the property down. The first and most obvious was the decision to employ through-the-wall air conditioner/heater units, instead of central HVAC. As a result we wakened each night by the jet-engine heater taking off. It was incredibly noisy. The other poor decision was the wall sound insulation. For a modern property, there was a substantial noise transmission through the walls and ceiling. The result was disturbance from children in the next room yelling, and from above loud banging that sounded like someone dropping weights on the floor. The parking is charged at $8 a night, which is reasonable, IF it was inspected regularly by security. There were several occasions where oversized vehicles had squeezed into compact spaces, making it difficult to park in adjacent spots. And we were driving an electric vehicle, but on two occasions were unable to charge because the "EV only" spots were occupied by large gas-powered vehicles. Since the room numbers were displayed, it would have been a simple task for security to ask these guests to move. We tried reporting one vehicle to the front desk, but hours later it was still parked in the EV charging bay. One other note on parking - no-one at the front desk explained that there were multiple access points for the different gates. Nor did th
