Great hotel, right in the middle of plenty to do. They have earplugs in bowls when you check in, so be sure to take some. You hear EVERYTHING. The downtown is loud on weekends, so if you're not one of the people partying, make sure you get ear plugs.

The only drawback was the location next to a busy road. Seemed to be drag racing down the street.

The hotel is in a convenient location near the Haymarket area where there are many restaurants. We weren't expecting to pay for parking...that wasn't indicated on the website through which we made the reservations.

Wonderful stay. Fast friendly service, clean, well maintained. Fantastic breakfast and snack bar. Valet service was extremely helpful and efficient.

Met friends and spent the day and evening in Hay Market. Went to the hotel and enjoyed a nice seating area on the main floor and visited. Got a good nights sleep in a comfortable room and enjoyed a delicious breakfast the next morning.

We were in town for a convention. This hotel was conveniently located and walkable to food and downtown. Breakfast in the morning was nice, with a variety of options. Rooms were clean and comfortable, although the new shower drain is an interesting set up.
Only real downside was parking, you either need to find somewhere else to park or plan to pay $20-$30 per night for valet, which is the only onsite parking option.

We needed an early check-in so we could get to a family event. They accommodated that request without any hassle. Check-in was easy and fast. We were in and out and off to the family event in 10 minutes.

Indoor pool was freezing. I couldn't even step foot in it. Valet pricing that we didn’t know about until we got there was ridiculous at $30. My husband was late to my race finish because it took them over ten minutes to go get my car. Then when they got it they didn’t park it where they told him it was. For the price, I definitely won’t stay here again.

Ok, I have lived in numerous large cities, including Cleveland, Denver and Boston, and had stayed in downtown Chicago and Minneapolis description before coming to Lincoln. I have never heard traffic so loud. It sounds like it is inside your room with you. It's like there is no sound dampening for the building.
The ridiculous amount of trucks with performance exhausts drag racing through the night is astounding. I had no idea so many men wanted their own personal Grease movie. It's pretty impossible to sleep for long stretches.

Very clean and updated building. Our room was facing the street which was very noisy all through the night. I would not recommend that. I was also very disappointed by the lack of parking for customers. Valet parking is not for everyone and it was kind of expensive for a quick night stay while traveling.

Upon arrival, parking is extremely difficult if multiple other people are checking in or the weather is inclement. With no parking near the hotel, it can become difficult to check in. The unloading process is also a bit of a disaster, especially this time of year. I would definitely look at other options because of the parking if I returned to Lincoln.

Its been great Aside from being charged for Valet even if i dont use it. On top of that being charged around 60 extra dollars of which i have no idea it go to. 2 nights at 251. 20 a night for valet. So thats 291. On top 50 dollars for security. Thats 341. Why was the total 402$. Where is that other amount. Also if you have a problem with loud cars and sirens at night best bring earbuds.

The facilities were nice and the staff were exceptional! The room was a good size for our family of 4. The pull out coach was broken so that was disappointing.

For the most part it was great, our view from the window was the roof which kind of sucked. You have no option but to use the valet parking service which at $20 a night is crazy.breakfast was good. Too many homeless people trying to eat breakfast at the same time as you. The homeless shelter is two blocks away, kind of smelly and scary to have homeless people in the breakfast area which is supposed to be for paying customers only.

This is a great hotel that is walking distance to the University. Breakfast was great- lots of choices. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nice enough amenities. We only utilized room and fitness area...both were fine. The unfortunate problem is that we were in town for a surgery the following day and the street noise was terribly loud until almost 2 a.m. on a Monday night. Not suitable for a decent night's sleep.

There was no mention of a $20-30/night parking charge, but the worst part was the noise all night. It was either the ridiculously loud fan for the heating/cooling running or the traffic outside all hours of the night. It was so loud it was like a window was open. It was a Sunday night, and you'd think it would be quiet downtown, but the loud vehicles really disrupted our sleep. The pillows weren't great, either. It was clean, though.

The hotel itself was very nice. But, I will never go to this hotel again. Customers only have the option of having your car parked by valets. I was not aware of this when I booked. I never valet park my car. Also, you are charged a fee of $20 for this. The hotel also charges a $5 Eco fee.

I had no idea it was valet only … the first room we were put in the blinds didn’t work and the hooks feel right off the platform.. the second room the seating underneath was completely stripped broken. I almost fell forward when I sat down. Also found some blood on the sheets? We use our own blankets but when we tore off the comforter that was the first thing we found.
