This is an outstanding hotel. It met or exceeded my expectations in every respect, with one exception--they had NewsMax playing during breakfast, which has a reputation as more propaganda than real news.

Beautiful new hotel! Very clean and staff is friendly. Like the room layout and blackout curtain. Pool and hot tub are nice. There is a sauna but I didn’t try it. Front desk brought extra towels for the pool quickly after requesting them.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was a party on the patio below our room and the manager moved us to the other side of the hotel so we wouldn’t be disturbed. What great customer service! He also provided information about local restaurants which was very helpful.

A very nice, large room with an excellent view of the mountains. The bed was so comfortable that I forgot we we not at home and the highway was far enough away that it was not disturbing. The walls were thick enough that we didn’t hear any neighbors and the breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of options.

Outside trashcans were full and overflowing for my entire stay. Broken glass and a dead bird appeared to have been next to the front walkway for some time. ADA Pool lifts were both not functional and staff appeared to have no idea why or how to get them working (i was travelling with someone with a physical disability who was unable to use the pool or spa due to this). Rooms were not available at check-in times.

Very rude front desk paper thin floors that you can actually hear the people above you stomping tried going to bed 11pm and it sounded like they were wrestling called the front desk to ask them to quiet down so we could sleep front desk said I will try to call them and then slammed the phone down in my ear, Hey 4am same thing NO Sleep would never stay there again.

Loved the room, 2 king beds and a sofa and chair!! Had big size shampoo, conditioner and body gel in the shower and full size hand soap and lotion by the sink. We had 3 adults and 1 child and we were not crowded at all. Will definitely stay here again! Only complaint is that the pool was ice cold. For an indoor pool should be heated. Hot tub and sauna great and loved breakfast!!

I loved the hotel and property. Clean, new, friendly. I was EXTREMELY mad at Expedia. I paid in advance for my stay through Expedia. I got there to check in and Expedia's card was declined. (You pay expedia, then expedia pays the hotel). So even though I already paid, I had to contact Expedia and go through a 40 minute process on the phone with them to get them to pay the hotel so I could actually check in instead of spending Mother's Day with my family. Won't be using Expedia again. IHG will just match the lower rate if you call them directly.
