Had a nice time will definitely come back when I am in the area

Each front desk personnel were friendly and genuinely cared to ask how our stay was each time we came in the door. At breakfast, attendant was thoughtful and anticipated guests needs to help and serve before people even had to ask for something as big as keeping the area clean, having enough food, and holding the door for individuals. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

Ok experience. Could have cleaner. Had to call for bedding for sofa and only 2 towels for 3 register quest. Evidently the room I was assigned was not ready as I do have a handicap placard, but they’ve moved me to a different room with no issues. Breakfast buffet was good.

Great hotel BUT short staffed, no blankets for pull out beds and only had 2 sets of towels/washcloths even though my reservation CLEARLY SAID 6 PEOPLE! Then both nights there were kids in the room on top of us who kept jumping off the bed from 12a-2am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything is very close by and convenient. Room was spacious. Not sure if the hotel is severely understaffed or staff is inattentive. Reservation was made for 4, had to ask for extra towels and wash cloths which we had to grab at the front desk ourselves. Asked multiple times for pool towels and ended up going to the front desk of the garden inn to get some. We ran out of toilet paper and called for more and never got it. So much food was out and not re filled at breakfast even when asked for more and said it would be right out. For what we paid to stay here it definitely was not worth the money. Top of the fridge in our room probably hasn’t been cleaned or dusted in a year.

THERE WAS BEF BUGS IN OUR BED!!! When we called the front desk they just told us they wil deal with it in the morning? So are we supposed to sleep on the floor? Half of us went home because the floor was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in while the rest of us slept in chairs. The dishes in our room were not washed and they only gave us two towels there was five people in that suite.. overall it looks nice in theory but the place is a dump

The good. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet despite being full.
The bad. Guy at desk shoved a sign at me and told me to read when I was inquiring about why they needed my card when it was already paid in full ($50 hold on card per night for incidentals). You need your key card for everything. Elevator, breakfast, even ice. Broken glass in multiple parking spots indicates cars get broken into often. Would not stay here again.

Pool was closed both days we were there.
Breakfast selection was awful and what was served was not good at all.
They removed waffle maker as we arrived for breakfast at 7:30 am.
The halls lobby and doorways was crowded with large groups of children running around and screaming.
I mean between 30 to fifty 10 year olds.
Definitely not worth $200 a night!

Did not have enough towels, asked for more and never received. Had to go downstairs and ask for towels again and said they didn’t have any until the laundry arrived but finally got me pool towels.

My room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. When I called to let them know someone came to empty the trash but I was told my room could not be cleaned as no one was there to clean the room.
Also, another guest was given the same room as me. I was in bed watching TV and a woman who had just checked in used her key card to enter my room. She had to go back to the desk and get a new room.
My room had not been stocked or cleaned, and someone walking into your room while you are in bed doesn’t make me feel very safe.

For guests arriving for a special event I wish it would be clear the latest check in time, guests in the lobby were bing turned away because due to failure to show because we had a concert during check in hours

We came into town for a concert and got to the hotel several minutes before check in to be greeted with a long line. After waiting half an hour we were told no rooms were clean at the time however we could not wait at risk for being late for the event, before we left we confirmed we would be able to get a room after 1 am when we got back to the hotel, and we were reassured there would be a room available for us. We also called to confirm this again and were again reassured there would be a room for us. When we returned to the hotel later that night we were told there was no rooms available and there was nothing they could do leaving us with no place to stay even though we had booked and paid for the room 3 months in advance and were told there was nothing they can do and they could not offer us anything. We were very disappointed with our whole experience.

When I arrived the check in line was about 50 people long. I was unable to check in at that time due to having an event I had to make it to. So I called to make sure I could check in later. The worker on the phone mentioned canceling my room and it would be ready the next morning at 10am. Then when I did check in it took around 45 minutes to find a room for us even though I had already had a confirmation and paid. Very frustrating.

Room not ready at check in, room not stocked and prepared for guests, coffee not filled in lobby in AM, fire alarm in the middle of night, breakfast 1/2 late day 1 and canceled day 2, no manager on site, no maintenance on site, huge noisy destructive groups.
Restaurant-terrible food, unfriendly staff and very expensive.
Hotel very overpriced for quality and service.

Understaffed. Three towels one hand towel and no washcloths in the room plus no extra roll of toilet paper. Staff on one side and no staff at the other check in with a long wait for check in at the entrance. This place needs help. Not the same standard of service as other Hiltons.

Friendly staff, although I arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon the room was still not ready and I still had to sit in the lobby for over 20 minutes. The room itself was nice, although had not obviously been vacuumed, restocked the coffee and cream, or properly cleaned. I had been up all night with less than two hours sleep flying in from out of town. The last thing I wanted to do was wait for a room that should have been ready upon arrival.

We (myself, my husband and 3 children)arrived at 5:30pm, took 20 mins to check in because there was one employee working and she was on the phone. Our first room was filthy; not cleaned, dirty socks on the floor, linens were clearly used. We requested another room. The manager said he inspected our second room, it was equally disgusting. Popcorn kernals on the floor, hair on the bedding, wrappers in the kitchen. We requested another move. This time we were told we'd have to wait for one to be cleaned. It was now 6:30. They offered us "adjoining" rooms since nothing else was available. We're traveling with children so this is not ideal but we also needed to get settled in so we reluctantly accepted. The rooms were side by side but not adjoining (no common door in between). These rooms were lacking linens, dishes left in dishwasher, and unclean floors. We placed a clean sheet on each bed to sleep on to get through the night. My husband and I had to sleep separately to accommodate the kids having an adult in each room. The night was long since the walls are thin and every noise inside and out can be heard. The next morning at the breakfast buffet, I was rudely accosted by a spanish employee that repeatedly yelled at me in front of other guests and my kids over a mess that we did not make, even as I walked away from her she continued to tell me how I should prepare the food. I was livid. We packed and left immediately. We travel monthly and stay at hotels often, never this one.

When we first checked in, we had a pleasant experience. However, when we got to the room, the floor in the room dirty and had dirty dishes in the dishwasher. We let the hotel staff know and they did their best to make us happy by letting us choose another room that was in a cleaner condition. After seeing 3 different rooms, we settled for one even though the floor was still not clean and obviously not vacuumed. The stay was good but upon checking out, I wanted to review my statement and got a rude supervisor telling me that I was comp’d the room but the pet fee was double than what the website stated. I was obviously not happy about that having chosen the hotel specifically with the pet policy in mind. I requested that the fee was corrected and finally the rude supervisor came back with a new statement. Now a week later I have 2 separate charges on my account, one yet to be resolved and refunded.

Car was broken into first night apparently it is a regular occurrence for the facility. Was told an agm would be in contact never got a call. Room look not to be vacuumed for weeks. Needed pillow cases

The condition of the housekeeping and the room was poor. The sink faucet spins around and does not work. They did not change the sheets on the pull out bed from the last guest at all. So we had to ask for clean sheets and do it ourselves. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty there were no dish towels or soap for the kitchen. We had to call twice to get housekeeping to fix it all

The hotel seemed great and staff were friendly; however, the room was not properly cleaned.
We stayed here for the extra sofa-bed and unfortunately found it to have not been cleaned. There was left-over food, utensils, and a pair of underwear in the dirty sheets.
We contacted the front desk and they said they would make note of the error.
We went and bought an air mattress vs using the sofa bed.

Reservation was for 5 people but room only had 3 towels and one of the beds didn't have a blanket (had to go down in the front desk to ask).
The pool had 100% of the towels used and no staff to go check and replace. Another guest had to go to front desk to ask for towels
And to finish the perfect service, I kept getting random charges on my credit card the no one on the staff was able to explain (talked with 3 different folks). 4 hours after my check out. finally got a call from the manager to explain the charges were a mistake and were going to be cancelled.
