One of the staff, Ito-san, was exceptional. He was friendly, very helpful and accommodating.
The internet was good and reliable.
There are 2 cons: the pillows are too hard, and there is a lot of construction in the area.

Clean rooms and kind staff, appreciate the daily cleaning, wish the bed had luggage storage space underneath. Other APA locations have beds with storage. Otherwise APA is a great hotel.
