Stayed here because I-70 closed due to major snow storm. Nice, clean, well kept and modern. There are not a lot of options in this town but this is hands down the one to stay at in town. Only issue was it is over priced for what it is. You are paying because there just are no good options in town but compared to the alternatives. Pay the money and stay here. It is a nice place.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. The beds were very uncomfortable to me so I didn’t sleep very well the nights we were there. I did not rate based on the parking but the elevator in the garage was broken throughout our stay which could be a problem for the elderly and those with young children.

Front desk told us, on New Year’s Eve, that room service was available until midnight. Tried to eat at 10:00 and kitchen closed. No food availability in town on new year eve and tried to eat at 11 the next morning and KITCHEN CLOSED AT 10:30. Horrible communication and service! Never to be considered again. Also no hot tub

Arrived 1am, waited 10 min to check in, but a delightful room: quiet, comfy beds, linens, and pillows. Walked to the great Bluebird Market for brunch and coffee.

Hotel is very clean, new and nice but the walls and floors seem to be made of paper. Screaming kids and loud conversations could be heard. Heavy footed people above made it hard to get to sleep.

Very uncomfortable room (#236): small/crowded and dark with poor lighting. Armoire in wrong place and when open blocking access to everything else. Needs to be moved near entrance for more space. Wall Coat rack broken so couldn't use. Room furniture dented. Ask to inspect the room before u agree to it.

The hotel is brand new so the finishes are great. We spent a very comfortable night there. I don’t think staff was overly friendly. We were in town for an outdoor concert at the Dillon Amphitheater which got rained/hailed/lightning cancelled. When we got back to the hotel we were soaked through and asked if there were any laundry facilities we could dry things but we were told there weren’t. For a very new hotel, I think management needs to be more aware of cleanliness. There were crumbs of food on the floor of the room which made we question how well it had been cleaned. Also, the shower tile looks really cool, but there were several areas on that didn’t look like they’d been cleaned well.

The only issue we saw during our stay was in the shower in the room was that the paint in the shower stall was coming off the ceiling into the shower. Not sure if it’s due to humidity or something else but was the only issue with our stay and not a deal breaker.

Nice option for a stay in Summit County. This newer property in Silverthorne is clean and modern and has convenient adjacent parking. Our room was very quiet. The room and bed was very comfortable. There are several options to eat near by. The general area is a little busy, lots of construction going on, but we really couldn’t hear it inside the room.

It was a great stay. The hotel is centrally located so it made it easy to get around and walk places. The staff was very friendly. And each night they had s'mores and/or a happy hour. It was an unexpected treat.

I was charged an extra 'tax' that I was not informed about previously. The hotel told me when I called that it was mandatory for all hotels in Silverthorne yet I've never been charged the fee at the other hotels I've stayed at in the city. Additionally, the hipster furniture in the room was noisy when walking around and the blinds did not cover the windows. Terrible hotel, will not return.

Really nice hotel close to everything. This is a nice Indigo...clean and modern with nice rooms. Great gym...didn't see the pool, but my wife and son declined...The restaurant is terrible....don't be swayed by the menu. The only issue was the service. I left my credit card in the room and I still have not received a call back after calling the front desk 3 times. During our stay the front desk would disappear for long stretches of time.
