Trust me, don’t go there 😭 it’s BAD, it’s just good pictures everything else is bad, bad kommunikation, the place is scary, the room smells bad, they don’t give you everything you need! So don’t waste you money! Go to something else

Checking in impossible, sent codes but nowhere to resend them. Bailed out by a neighbour. Hallway etc. coveted in grafitti....would be difficult to escape in case of fire, especially as thefe is a multi-pronged metal security door. VERY NOISY loud music and singing till 4.30 am. Racing cars past the window until 3.30 am. Unable to shut the wondow because catch is a ring at the top of what is basically an office window. Bitten all night by small flies(?) left eye swelled up so that I could barely see. Appartment missing basic cooking utensils, not enough for 3 people. Kettle on top shelf, unable to reach it. No washing up facilities. Bed shoved in a corner, sheet torn and too small. Sofa grubby, no storage. No bedside lights. When I followed instructions for the shower (only 20 mins. allowed) the water was too luke-warm to use, so I hax to boil water to wash myself. Altogether the place was disgraceful: I left at 10 am the next morning instead of staying the 5 days that were booked and although I have reported the matter at least 4 times now I have had no response from the owner nor from hotels.com; obviously I want a refund for the days when I was not there and some compensation would be nice..I even sent a photo of my swolen eye.

Awful place. Awful building. The apartment was renovated but you could tell it wad done on the cheapest and faster way. Way misleading photos, the flat was much smaller.
