With family in the eastern suburbs this was close and convenient to stay at. It is a new modern hotel with the standard amenities.
Our twin room included a comfortable corner couch.
Beds were very good.
Staff are efficient and engaging.
Dinner at Archies restaurant was excellent.
We will use the Hotel again for future stays.

A high-end hotel should have a fully stocked minibar, robes, a toothbrush, hot chocolate powder, a pay TV station or two, more than one bar of soap, and body moisturiser. This Hyatt has none.
The âmountain viewâ room looks out onto a business park, service station and/or pylons.
The window whistled all night due to the wind.
The room is clean and the bed is comfy.

Excellent hotel out in the suburbs. Very centrally located and accessible to many places. Hidden gems like San Lorenzo restaurant and other coffee places nearby. Staff were very helpful and registration was very smooth. Breakfast at $25 could have more variety. All in all Love this hotel.

It was a real surprise to have such luxury a fair way out of the city. Was a beautiful stay from all the comforts in the room to the lovely restaurant and cocktails.

Beautiful rooms . Enjoyed our stay. Close to chadstone shopping, 40 mins easy drive to city for business appointments. Highly recommend.

It's the first Hyatt Group of Hotels , I have noted the rooms were not taken care, of the amenities the room.
The Restaurant has its own way of serving customers . I ask for Room service and thy point me to the times it could be availed. The Displayed menu which proudly shows on the Screen ---is not available. You go down to have the Dinner at 6:45 pm, only to be told that you need prior booking. W had no choice but to drive 11 Km. to nearest Restaurant to have decent meal.
I presume a Motel would do better.

The hotel has only been open for a few months, so everything is new and shiny. Tastefully decorated, comfortable room. The restaurant service and food was fantastic. Very impressed and above expectations.

The hotel is quite new so very clean and the room is very spacious and has a nice field view. The hotel is bit isolated and the hotel restaurant doesn't have tap beer so we had to walk 30mins for drink. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and staff was excellent.
