Place was serviceable but very run down and in need of a remodel.
Breakfast in the morning was poor.

Very dirty and smelly. Desk attendant did not tell me where to go the get to my room or park or what door to use. Curtains falling off the wall. I had to push on the door to open it and pull to close it. Pubic hair in the shower!

The room was attractive and clean. The bed was comfortable. That's all I ask and I was very pleased.

the front desk employees were fantastic.
The room was surface clean but needed a deep clean and many areas of ceiling repair, molding and trim repair and fresh paint. Many ants in sink area and bathtub area. concerns for the bugs were addressed immediately.
Tub and sink drain both backed up.
The staff of this hotel were very professional and polite.

Stay away! Room smelled strongly of marijuana. Bathrooms were not clean at all. We had to request that housekeeping clean them again. Bathroom sink with large cracks and tub chipped with dirt and hair in it. Very noisy from highway noise made sleep difficult. Breakfast had very little to offer. Desk staff minimally responsive to these concerns. One good thing— beds were comfortable.

This was advertised as a Hotel but is actually a "restored/remodeled Motel with outside entrances.
There were almost no cars in the parking lot and several "street type" people hanging around the Motel. It did NOT look safe for a single female traveler.
I was afraid to stay at this location so I went to. Holiday Inn Express a short distance away. I paid for my room in advance so I am unable to get a refund which is unfortunate.
I am not sure I will book through Hotel.com in the future as the picture and description of the Hotel are not at all as advertised. Very disappointing.

This hotel is filthy. The hallways aren’t vacuumed and weren’t vacuumed for the two days we were there. The garbage next to the elevator was overflowing when we checking in and still overflowing- but worse- when we left. The carpet in the room was in poor condition as was the bathroom tub.

Shower was cracked all over. Floors made our feet black due to being dirty. Bed had torn blankets. No bugs but outside was not clean either.

Lucy was great. The room was not. You had to kick the door in to open it and kick it in to close it. There was hair stuck to the wall in the bathroom. An ashtray full of cigarette butts and ashes in one of the drawers

Place was very shabby overall, room didn’t seem to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to our stay, but it wasn’t the worst place I’ve been. Furnishings looked newer, nice TV, bed decently comfortable, it just needs a little bit more attention to detail. More cleaning.

Terrible service, 6 day stay and they never cleaned the room. Needed to go to the desk to get clean towels and on the 5th day the desk clerk said they were out of towels. The breakfast was out of syrup and later out of waffle mix for multiple days.

Very disgusting room was not clean at all, makeup on wash cloth and a used washcloth in shower. Bugs on floor around furniture and mold in fridge. Broken pieces of furniture, needle caps in trashcan from previous visitor. This was a very horrible experience on my business trip.

Stopped here for one night while traveling. I expected much more from the Wyndham brand name. Exterior seemed ok and common areas seemed maintained. However, room was not maintained. See pics of shower ceiling. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent. But shower was disgusting.

We stayed for 2 nights only because I had my dogs along, otherwise I would have been out of here after just one. The phone didn't work which I believe is illegal, nor did some of the outlets. There were cracks in the walls, esp. rough by the tub. I was disgusted by getting sprayed when I flushed the toilet & my room wasn't cleaned well -THERE WERE SOME BUGS,SAME SPECIES, CLIMBING AROUND THE WALL - I saved one in a bag to have it looked at to see if its a cockroach! **I was surprised as well to see with what my brother & I knew to be a huge mistake regarding repairwork on the exterior under the overhang near the outside stairs - ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING - by replacing some rotted covering with INTERIOR drywall! We know the difference between regular wallboard for interiors only, or greenboard & plasterboard - it was wallboard. All in all I have a hard time believing this hotel is actually affiliated with Wyndham. The place is simply subpar. I am seventy five & have traveled a great deal. I've stayed in some rough areas with no other choice at times out of necessity knowing what to expect, but I did not anticipate this hotel to be one of those situations. You've left me with no choice but to tell others, including my real estate agent who will be sure to route any future clients away from your hotel This is the first time in my life, however, I felt the need to write such a lousy, but honest, review.

I was coming from out of town to visit my long distance boyfriend for a few days. The room was on the first floor, it didn't even feel like it was in the building, it was accessible to everyone walking by. There was roaches crawling on the fridge and the bath tub looked dirty. It was the only hotel within a reasonable price range on such short notice because of the county fair. However, if I had known how poor the conditions would be, I would have shelled out a little more money for a different hotel...

There was mold in the fridge, knob missing on microwave, very musty smelling and everything felt damp. Pubic hairs in the tub, towels looked dirty.

This property is so poorly maintained, I would never recommend it. Paint and ceiling needs repair, floors carpet had very wet spots. Attendant wore a white stained & wrinkled shirt with askewed glasses. It appears the owner do not have the capital to make improvements.

This property is being renovated but who ever is in charge of scheduling and tidiness isn't doing thier job. There are safety hazards everywhere. Dirty and Dusty from not properly masking areas off like the dining area I highly recommend a regional manager to inspect this property. Wyndham is usually on top of their properties

The desk attendant did not ask me for my license when I checked in. The room itself was ok, not overly clean or updated. The shower was cracked, and the shower curtain was too small. It wasn't terrible, but it could've been a lot better.

The hotel was gross! There were ants in our room and the mini fridge was broken along with the door lock and the phone. I would never suggest anyone to stay at this property.

Hotel room was showing it's age. Didn't like the way the TV worked. Couldn't find the main network channels and no information as to what the numbers were. Did not like the Grab and Go breakfast. Too much sugary foods.

My family and I travel the world for our jobs and this was the worse place we had ever been to. Even thrid world countries dont have such bad places for this cost. People there were very shady and the rooms smelled like smoke. In the bathroom you can smell and see the yellow tar from lots of cigarette smoke in it just leeching off the walls. I am surprised Wyndham would even put there name on this place

This place is a dump. the bathmat was almost see through there are exposed wires on the ceiling by the elevator. They wouldn't add my rewards number to my reservation. The TV remote needed batteries I had to go to the front desk to get new ones. When I arrived for new batteries 12 angry guests were arguing with the clerk because they didn't have enough rooms for them. The never asked how my stay was when I checked out. I will never stay at any Wyndam property again.

Walked into room absolutely disgusting we almost didn’t stay but it was late in the Eve. Dirt everywhere, floor not vacuumed, dirt and stains all over drapes, no remote for tv, no Wi-Fi pass code, no tissues half a roll of toilet paper, knobs missing on dresser, tower shelf holding the tv looks about to fall over. We were almost afraid to pull back the sheets. Gal at the desk at least tried to help no other rooms available. I will never in again stay at such a disgusting place!

Disappointed that I made a reservation for 2 rooms and got put at the opposite ends of the hotel on opposite sides had let them know I was traveling with my husband and 90 year old mother good location as far as easy I75 access and great for restaurants but LOUD freeway noise Hotel was in decent condition for the most part could use a little more TLC. Lucy on night shift was very nice and helpful (just couldn’t fix room situation) probably would not stay here again there were a lot of options in the area usually happy with Baymonts

I didnt like tge fact that my cover and sheet had orange stains on them like someone had cheese dust on their hand and touched the bedding. Also had ants in the room. On the table and bed. Thank goodness Walmart is across the street i went and got disinfectant spray and ant traps.
