The property is at the heart of city centre with access to everywhere.
The challenge is with the management who dont seem to be very organised. I had to wait at least half an hour past the check-in time to receive the access code and that was after a reminder call. The property was not clean. Scheduled cleaning was was only done upon 2 reminders. Amenities requested at the time of booking were only provided after request.
Feels like I was shortchanged but had excellent sleep on very comfortable mattresses.
