-The room, location and views were excellent.
'However, the property did not have the service of offering maps of the city, info on available attractions within the city, and transport networks.
-Check in process rather confusing/complicated. There was lack of information on the process and other additional charges until the day before check in.
-Lack of payment options for those additional charges, making it difficult to pay if you're from overseas..
-Security deposit not refunded ( it's 2 months later now and still ). Communication regarding this, is not forthcoming.
