Really clean room, comfy bed and pillows. Recently remodeled, the kitchenette and storage areas were really nice! We were surprised by all the extra for such a low price

The hotel wanted 300$ deposit on major credit card because we booked through hotel com we did not stay there and we were not refunded our stay cost by either the app nor hotel very disappointed

Friendly and courteous staff through the entire visit. Hotel room was clean and very comfortable for a quick family getaway. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cleaning products, just like home!

Bed very comfortable. Maid service excellent. Had a king suite. Thought we would use cook top, didn’t work. Was still not working by end of a week-long stay. No compensation offered. Just’ Sorry about that’ Otherwise marvelous.

Would not let me check in the highest incidental rate I have ever had at $300 for a 1-night stay. Have to have a major credit card for incidental although every hotel in Tulsa does not require this.Did refund the money but very inconvenient

Walking into this establishment, i was greeted with staff that had smiles on their faces. The receptionist that helped us was very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Every staff member we passed greeted us. The room was phenomenal , packed with all essentials. Definitely my go to hotel for future stays to Oklahoma!

A good stay but elevator was broken when we were checking out. Our room was on the third floor and we are older folks so it was a struggle getting our luggage down the stairs. Everything else about our stay was excellent.

Location was good. Communication with staff and assistance was lacking. Notified staff 4 separate times about incorrect charges applied to account. Have yet to resolve. Was informed that today being a weekend would not be able to speak with manager. Poor customer service.

I like the fact that I had a room with air conditioning and a ktichen suite. Also, the staff were friendly considering there was a outage throughout the town. They tried everything to make me and pet dog feel comfortable.

New hotel. Staying as power is out in our home. Very nice accommodations, very clean. Problem with elevator developed (potentially related to the storm that knocked out our power at home), but I’m on the second floor and can take the stairs.

Property was new and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. They only had 2 luggage carts, and since it is all self-serve, they could have used more.

The bed seemed to be worn out already. We have stayed here 3 times in the last year and this is the first time the bed was "lumpy". Also, the rooftop restaurant and bar is still not open. It needs to be open to enjoy this summer.

The hotel itself was nice and cozy, but there were 2 major issues. First, when we checked in, we were charged the full price of the room, even though we had already paid in full on hotels.com. We were told that it was hotels.com's issue that the hotel had not been paid by the company and that I would need to take it up with hotels.com. Secondly, the shower flooded the entire bathroom. It was very poorly designed because there was no ledge to keep the water in the shower. Apparently, it caused a leak because our stay was interrupted when we got a knock on the door from staff who wanted to come in and take a look. I had just gotten out of the shower and was naked when they knocked. It was very uncomfortable. Otherwise the stay was ok. The hotel has potential, but they're still got a lot of work to do to get things right.

The hotel was immaculate. It was if no one had ever stayed in this room. It was that clean. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. There were numerous pillows to choose from. The check-in staff was extremely friendly and cheerful. What a joy to be greeted so enthusiastically. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return when we pass through Tulsa again.

Well…. We needed to check in an hour early and it was going to cost us 25.00 so we didn’t and then the person let someone else check in early so we went back to the lobby and I guess since we saw her do that she felt like she should let us too. No tea was offered only coffee. To me that’s a given because no everyone can drink coffee. No frills at all. No free water etc…

The rooms were quiet, clean & perfect for our needs. The staff was fantastic. They were courteous, kind & helpful. Draw backs: only one elevator & it is near the entrance. Had a long hall to walk to get to our room. Overall a great place to stay.
