Our stay in Patmos was truly unforgettable, and this property exceeded every expectation—but what made the experience extraordinary was Panos. From the very beginning, his care and attention set the tone for our entire trip. He personally welcomed our group at the port, which immediately made us feel at home, and went above and beyond by helping us arrange a rental car and sharing thoughtful local tips that enriched our visit.What stood out most was his genuine kindness and responsiveness. When one member of our group needed medical assistance during a holiday closure, Panos stepped in without hesitation. He contacted a pharmacist directly, ensured we had access to the necessary medication, and guided us through the entire process with calm and care. It’s rare to encounter such dedication and compassion.The property itself was wonderful, but it was Panos who transformed our stay into something truly special. His friendliness, attentiveness, and excellent communication made all the difference. If visiting Patmos is a blessing, staying here with Panos as your host makes it exceptional. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The view! This is an ideal set up, a villa with tasteful furniture, fixtures and finishes. Very up to date and clean. Panos is a generous, welcoming and responsive host, we admired his hospitality. In our week at the villa, we spent some days making food in the well-appointed kitchen and others dining in Skala and Chora both a scenic 5-10 minutes drive away. A truly memorable place!
