Je n'ai pas été emballée.

L'emplacement proche de la Pinède et du bord de mer, la proximité des commerces de base, le parking réservé à l'immeuble. Le studio est plutôt bien équipé

Studio cabine plein sud, difficile à rafraîchir la nuit, surtout dans la partie cabine, malgré la climatisation. Terrasse sans jardin, inutilisable pour les repas à cause de la chaleur et des moustiques en période estivale. Maniement du lit escamotable 2 places lourd et confort plutôt spartiate.

Soggiorno piacevole nonostante tutto

La posizione dell'appartamento buona, lo spazio esterno buono, lo spazio cucina buono. La spiaggia di Saint -Asile vicinissima circa 200 m, cosi come piuttosto vicino un supermercato ed un eventuale camioncino dove prendere la pizza. Noi di quest'ultimo non ne abbiamo usufruito, quindi non ne conosciamo la bontà.

Non è piaciuta la descrizione della proprietà dell'appartamento descritto come "APPARTAMENTO CON 2 CAMERE DA LETTO". Cosa abbiamo trovato invece un monolocale dove è inserito nel corridoio d'entrata un letto a castello, una cucina con divano letto (scomodo) e all'esterno un patio con sdraio e tavolo. Altro problemino due mini ripostigli con qualche appendiabito dove però sono inseriti gli elettrodomestici ,e affini, per la pulizia. All'arrivo abbiamo inoltre trovato la lavatrice con panni , ovviamente non nostri, bloccata così come la lavastoviglie. All'esterno lenzuola, asciugamani stesi, condizionatore non funzionante. Contattata la proprietà indica la colpa del tutto ai precedenti inquilini, che hanno lasciato la casa in quelle condizioni. Ammesso ciò, penso che i avrebbero avuto proprietari avrebbero avuto il dovere di farci trovare l'appartamento nelle migliori condizioni, considerando anche il prezzo dell'affitto. La spiaggia de Sainte Asile nelle vicinanze del ristorante emanava un odore non piacevole, Colpa forse di uno scarico di fognature(?).
