Alles war genau wie erwartet – oder sogar noch besser. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt und hervorragend organisiert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet, und der Support war rund um die Uhr erreichbar.
Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir leider den Schlüssel verloren, als wir beim Abendessen waren. Wir haben den Gastgeber um 00:30 Uhr kontaktiert, und innerhalb von weniger als 15 Minuten brachte er uns einen Ersatzschlüssel. Das zeigt ein außergewöhnliches Maß an Professionalität und Engagement gegenüber seinen Gästen.
Kurz gesagt: Alles war genauso, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten – sogar besser.
Vielen herzlichen Dank für die großartige Gastfreundschaft. Bitte entschuldigen Sie die Umstände, die wir durch den verlorenen Schlüssel verursacht haben.

Everything was perfect. As soon as we arrived, the host sent us all the check-in details, which were very clear and easy to follow. We were able to access the apartment immediately without any issues. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. There were plenty of clean towels, a washing machine, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We hope to come back again. Unfortunately, this was a short business trip, so we didn't have much time to enjoy the city. A big thank you to the host for the excellent hospitality, and to the wonderful people of Prishtina for making us feel so welcome. You are amazing!

Sehr sauber, hygienisch eingerichtet - die Betten waren Mega bequem, vor Ort hat man mehrere Lebensmittel Geschäfte - Restaurants, Busverbindung alle 30min. Nicht weit von der Stadt, Mega zufrieden!!
