The house is just a minute’s walk from the main street. There are shops, cafes and restaurants all around and Sarzana is one of the most beautiful cities we’ve ever visited. The house is comfortable and secure, thoughtfully furnished and easily accessible.
The owner offers safe parking 5 minutes’ walk away at an extremely favourable price per day (far less than you’d pay for public parking). You can also get your car right up to the door of the house to drop off and load your luggage (though only at certain hours so best to check with the owner who was readily available and helpful).

Centralissima e comoda per girare a piedi, è dotata di tutto il necessario tra stoviglie e biancheria, molto molto pulita e curata
Essendo così in centro, il parcheggio disponibile a pagamento dalla struttura è a pochi minuti a piedi, scomodo per noi che abbiamo trovato brutto tempo; nessuna colpa all’host che è stata sempre disponibilissima!!!!

We were a group of 6 people and we absolutely loved our stay here. The house is very cozy, comfortable, and in a perfect location close to the center of Sarzana. The view from the windows and from the entrance is beautiful — directly facing the fortress and surrounded by greenery.
The apartment has absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen, everything for cooking, washing clothes, drying clothes, and feeling at home in general.
The host is incredibly kind and welcoming, always helpful, caring, and doing her best to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
We will definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!
